Lazer Helmets.

Every single cyclist from every single team is wearing a Lazer helmet and to say the least, it's driving me nuts! Any ideas on what could solve this? |

Search the different forums and you will find plenty of helmets. You need to add them to your DB and then assign the team a contract for that helmet. Just like frames and wheels, or the AI picks random.
Then you canä't have more than 127 in the Sta_bra table, which is devastating to say the least. Bad move by Cyanide.
PCMFocus got some great collections for one, else it's hard to find some. Look in old versions of pcmdaily you got plenty of threads with nice collections.
Of course you need hard work and knowledge to fit them in, but it's doable.

Will/Can those helmets be added to the PCM.daily Expansion V 1.0 and teams thenwear different helmets? Or doesn't it work like this anymore?

I'm afraid there isn't many solutions to this problem, as their is no place you can give a specific helmet to each team. My only solution has been to add a brandless helmet, which should give some better diversity.
Unless Cyanide fixes this, one helmet brand is the only option we got :/

I do not agree, in the original db there are 3 helmets I think and they use them.
It is in de Daily db onley that they use just the lazer ones |

You could give helmets and glasses to teams in dyn_team in PCM14, you can't do that anymore.
Apparently because it chooses the first helmet brand in sta_brand and doesn't use the two others. As said there isn't a table to configure this in and unless Cyanide adds the glasses/helmets column in dyn_team or adds helmets to dyn_brand_contract, then there is nothing much to do.

Can't tell you Cyanide's reasons 
Reported it to them and we can only hope they fix it next patch. Right now there isn't a permanent solution and we'll just have to see what Cyanide does about it.

It's not really true...
You can assign an helmet for each team, like you said, create a brand in STA_brand, assign a contract into the DYN_brand_contract and (maybe when you've started your career, i just tried with a saved db) you can choose wich model of helmet (or frame, glasses...) the team'll use on the DYN_equipment_techno.
I added 11 helmet's brands to my db, everything works perfectly |

Problem with this is that it isn't permanent. A custom team wouldn't get this to work and more importantly, when renewals comes around you will get groupsets offers again, as this table was only designed for frames, wheels and Groupset.
I've just made 3 helmets with auto color and removed the Lazer helmets. In my game the current version of v1 gives all teams different helmets, so we will do it that way until Cyanide hopefully fixes this

Ok, i just tested it one month in game. The only way is to change manually every new season, but this isn't a solution.
