13km stage won't see Froome off the top step of the podium. He will as people said have to 'die' to loose that time especially over 13km. I'm not too sure how Sky will be as a whole tomorrow as Poels will be cooked but the rest had a bit of a rest today. If they recover well we will se the Sky train kill most of the peleton leaving the same riders to fight it out. Thomas I think will play a big part in keeping everything together(I hope).

It's not a doping hate issue. I only think the poor Chris should be treated with the respect he deserves, until anything else is proven.
Even opening that thread gives me shivers, and it's actually a stupid topic to even have a separate thread.
I was only mad about people who crank down on him and perform these terrible acts.
The pros today mostly have to compete with nothing of that on their minds, just like back in the 70s and 80s. Back then you sometimes looked with suspicion towards some fellows, but you got to stop that.
It's only that this thing getting too big, mainly because of Lance I think for one.
But I for one would love to shut down every talk about doping cyclist in any threads, at least until they are official charged by UCI and suspended.
Lets hope spitting and showing obscene gestures stays in football and not spreading out. When will it spill out to golf and tennis ??

So what Movitards need to do is definitely send out Piti on Croix de Fer but that won't happen because hell be shitting bricks because of Nibz.
Its only a 115 km sprint stage so that profile is zoomed in folks. "Only" 10 k's of flat between Croix de Fer and Huez.
Therefore Nairo either goes apeshit on Huez or its over. The latter is unfortunately most likely.
I expect Bertie to hustle from the start and not leave anything on the table. Same might be for Nibz.
Sky will be preped for early attacks, Movistar will lurk in the wheels along with Tinkoff and Astana will try to split things early again. Everyone will go out with caffeine highs and full warm ups ready for the mental beginning. Could someone explain why Valverde is calld Piti please. Cheers

Here ends my comments . period .
You my friend know what your talking about! Imagine how much work Froome puts into cycling to be called a cheat. French people only hate him because he is not French.

Why do you call Valverde "Piti"?
Police found notes of dr Fuentes in 2006 him refering to one of his clients as Valv.Piti.
Piti being the name of Valverde's dog.
Hence most are calling him Valv.Piti or just Piti ever since
Will Froome take the Polka-dot jersey? Two HC climbes and 3 points difference between Bardet and Froome. If Froome takes the stage then probably. How will Bardet behave? Will Sky let him go?
Froome should ask question..why people don't like him?
It not about he's supremacy ..he is leading a tour with 3min. It is not miracle.
He is nice person ..still he is most hated rider for fans.
All fans beside road supported Pantani, Ullrich, Armstrong same time..but they seems don't like Froome. Why?

I think it must be to do with Team Sky. There has always been a strong dislike for Sky . Maybe it's their proffessional approach to the sport or the way they race. Or because they aren't French...

Armstrong supported by French really? I recall infamous alpe Itt he was spat, pissed and shat on from what I heard! Ullrich was hardly loved when he walloped French housewives favourite Virenque either. Even Nibbles was treated with some disdain... cintadir has had hostile receptions at times too, as has Valverde.

But none of those riders are British. Must be to do with the British guys. It could be like the America-Canada rivalry. No reason for it but the fact they are close despite there being many other countries close to France.
