Bet Kump is too good for lower teams, and that leaving Tinkoff gave him a boost.
Lets see if he gets back to the big boys again next year.

Possibly. I'd think a middling team like IAM would be a better move for him. He can still race more at a level where he can clearly win without having to take the huge step up to the top level all the time. He can get 5 or so .1 wins and then not have the pressure in WT races. That is probably what he needs
