That would not be offside, but i imagine it occurs in FIFA and probably because it's very difficult to programme in the difference between intention/interfereing/active/inactive and various other variables.
When that happens, you start to feel ripped off by every offside.

@Trekbmc
No idea, to be honest.
So, decided to pick up my Morecambe regen career.
Quite enjoying it.
I'm in 2017/2018, so 4th season, and I started with Morecambe.
Did a financial takeover, but only to invest in youth scouts. Got a few awesome ones, and decided to lean only on regens, preferably ones from my own academy. (At this point I have only signed 1 regen, rest is all produced by myself).
Sold all of the current players at the end of season 1, having regens taking over all fairly soon.
Season 14/15: (Real players) - Npower League 2 - 9th
Season 15/16: (95% regens) - Npower League 2 - 2nd
Season 16/17: (100% regens) - Npower League 1 - 2nd
Season 17/18: (100% regens) - FL Championship - 7th(in progress).
So never became champion, but grew out to a great club fairly soon. That's because most regens grew with the club. Lots of guys who I signed in 15/16 or even 14/15 are still playing regulary. Most of my first team players are around 70AVG now, with some bright talents even higher.
Now here's the main talent. He's insane, really, and by far my best player.
Keep in mind, he's only 19! So an awesome talent, worth 13,5 Million Euros atm but I could prolly get 30 for it. I will keep him as long as I can, but I doubt that'll be very long because he might demand an insane salary next renewals.
Big drawback is his physical. Beside 56Strength, he also only has ~50 Stamina. Sure I take this into account in his playing style, but it is really a problem.
Oh by the way, a key tip for the youth academy:
Wait with giving your youth prospect a contract until after 1 May. 1 May is when these guys process and they might get a huge AVG boost(depending on their potential and quality beforehand, that could even be +15) at that time, if you're lucky. Exactly at 1May that is, they only progress once a year.

I'm playing on PS, jumbobogen.
And I don't know if Odegaard will be included, but it's very unlikely.
For legal reasons, it is not allowed for EA to include players under 17 after they released the original games. I dunno why exactly that is, but you won't see Odegaard before Fifa 16, since Odegaard only turned 16 a while ago.
Same goes for Mastour, which people also beg to get in, but he won't be included either until 16.
Also, as I explained, the talents in your youth academy will only grow at 1 May. Just sign them at 2 May and they will be a lot better
@Sutty
You should go to ''edit''(or something like that), profile, and then delete. There you can delete all sorts of stuff, including your savegames

Small bump for the topic
Started a new Virtual Pro career, an extraordinary one I guess.
Just wanna give goalkeeping a shot. But since it might be boring, it'll be a goalkeeper who also actively plays, participates in the passing, and might even go upfront a bit in some stages of the match.
He plays for Nîmes, a Ligue 2 club. Gotta start somewhere and seemed like a logical choice as a Frenchie.
Very fast for a keeper, seems it goes like that by default if you make your keeper relatively small(183cm), but that might come in handy in this case.
It could bore quickly but since I already made the card I thought why not share it and see how far this goes
Oh btw the pic is of Jonathan Orozco, a Mexican GK that actually used to be a striker

Realised I never actually came back to this.
Well this turned out shit. Apparently, the GK gets insane rating penalties when he's out of goal(because of ''bad positioning''
So I started a career with UCD(), actually the worst team on Fifa
Turned out they aren't thaaat awful though. With only a new striker, I got them a 6th place.
In second season now, had a few decent transfers so might actually try to qualify for European football(so well uhm playoffs, because I will probably not end up in the group stage )

Liverpool
Nah it depends what you like to do, mate.
I really like building up a club from a lower division.
Teams I had a lot of fun with are 1860 Munich, Morecambe, Bochum and Trapani.
But that's often one of the worst teams of a country available.
If you don't like that sort of career, you could try a team like Southampton, Lyon, Wolfsburg or Napoli. All popular picks, I believe.
Feyenoord is always a good choice as well

Since uni is finished I thought I would breakout my PS4 and play FIFA again.
It's been so long... So, I thought I would give this another update.
Season 3 (2016) for Mre's Superstar
After getting benched and then purposefully sitting out the rest of the season at Bolton, I returned from my loan to the MLS Portland Timbers in the summer transfer window.
I was welcomed with open arms after my stint in Europe and many of the teammates and friends I left behind were still at Portland when I returned. My first game back was the U.S Cup Semi-finals against FC Dallas. I scored a goal and we won 3-1 to advance to the Finals.
In the Finals Portland faced our arch rivals to the North: Seattle Sounders. It was a classic back-and-forth offensive showcase. After 90 minutes it was 2-2. Both teams scored a goal in extra time, so we went to penalties. No problem, we took it 4-1 scoring every penalty we took. Champs!
After winning the Cup it was on to win playoffs at the end of the season. We finished 4th in the West and had to play Whitecaps FC in the play-in game. Easy, 2-1 victory. Then two legs against the West winners LA Galaxy. Surprisingly, even more easy (6-0). Then a 3-1 win over Real Salt Lake to reach the Finals.
The finals against Toronto FC went to penalties after a scoreless game. I watched from the sidelines after being subbed out in the 75th minute. My teammates didn't need me. We took it in nail-biting fashion (4-3).
I played in 9 games in my return to Portland. The team went (8-1-0) winning the Cup and Playoffs. During that time I scored 7 goals and recorded 5 assists.
Having accomplished everything possible in MLS at the age of 22, I wanted to transfer to Europe permanently over the winter transfer period. But the management wouldn't let me. They would only allow another short-term loan.
I accepted and was loaned out to Leeds United who are fighting to get promoted to the Premier League, similar to the situation I was in when I was loaned out to Bolton. They currently sit 3rd just 3 points off the leaders, Crystal Palace.
I'm well rested after only playing in 9 games, hopefully 2017 brings a lot more.

Season 4 [Part 1] (2017) for Mre's Superstar
My second stint in Europe would be one I never forget. I joined Leeds with 19 games left to play in the season and they were already knocked out of the Cups.
Leeds wanted me in the starting lineup right away against their rivals Millwall. It was a great debut for the club as I had a goal and an assist in a 4-1 victory. The coach came to me after the game and said I was too good and he had a special role for me. The coach was a strange fellow, but I listened and accepted his offer.
The coach game me the role of designated Superstar. My job? Only play in the crucial games that mattered. Being the top goal scorer never really appealed to me, all I cared about was helping teams win the trophies and being part of the celebration that followed.
I was summoned into the starting role with 4 games left in the season. Leeds were 3 points from the top of the table behind both Crystal Place and Leicester City. I led the team to 2 victories to move within a point of 1st with 2 games left.
We traveled to Hull City and played in on of the most frustrating games ever. The referees were bias, our goalie couldn't stop a beach ball and offense keep turning the ball over. With everything going against us, in the dying embers of the game (86th minute) we were able to salvage a 2-2 draw.
The table going into the last Match Day of the Season:
| | Points | GD | 1 | Crystal Palace | 97 | 38 | 2 | Leicester City | 95 | 38 | 3 | Leeds United | 94 | 36 |
Our final opponent... Crystal Palace. Leicester City hosted Bristol City.
We needed to beat Crystal Palace by a goal margin of 2 (because they had more goals for) and Leicester to lose or draw to win the League. No pressure.
I get the first goal 13 minutes into the game. The crowd is going wild. 1 more!
On the stroke of halftime, Crystal puts in the equalizer. Silence. Back to square one. Leicester City goes to halftime tied 1-1 with Bristol City.
We go right at them on the kickoff and one our guys get dragged down in their box in the 47th minute... Penalty! I step up, and score. 2-1.
Crystal Palace drops into park the bus with 25 minutes left. Attacks after attacks but we can't get it past their keeper. He makes 4-5 crazy save included a full out dive across the line to stop what should have been a tap-in. Tick, tick, tick...
70, 75, 80, 85, 90 minutes. Into stoppage time. The game at Leicester ends in a draw. One more goal we win the title. Five minutes added on to do it.
They continue to clear out, now down to our final attack. We work up the left flank. A quick give-and-go gets me space to take a shot 30 yards out. I pass it up looking to get another give-and-go at the top of the box. Instead my teammate turns around and shoots. It's blocked... and deflects right to... my feet as I crashed the goal looking for a rebound.
The next thing I know my teammates are jumping on top of me.
A hat trick to claim the title on the last kick of the game. The stuff of dreams.
Now I'm traveling back to Portland, my 2nd European loan finished in style.

Very nice read there!
(Awesome how you can even make someone like this a nice story )
What overall is he on now?
I would expect more shooting than 67, especially since you seem to score alot.
(Also as a FUT player, the fact that you used an IF card instead of a regular gold card bothers me a bit, especially since you didn't play much at the time )

Thanks.
Same card and same stats from the end of season 3. (I played up to this point on the save when I posted the Season 3 update) That's kind of why I gave him the inform there.
Hoping to get the move to Europe permanently soon but have to finish another MLS season (going to continue just playing the key games from this point on, can't be bothered doing every single game.)
