I didn't find it too bad, as you can select the races that you want your riders to go to. the problem arises when you are in a manager team and the manager doesn't care to send in race planners (like TMM is doing now) that you don't race anywere.

Paul Rosanski, who still hasn't a contract, is a bit upset at the moment, because his friends B. Weschenbach and L. Grawunder are having a contract for next year, while he doesn't.
So he is politely asking, if some team is willing to sign him. He is promising to give his best next season.

Name: Matteo La Bestia
Age: 22
Nationality: Italian
Rider type: Climber
Short Bio:
Matteo was born in the South of the most beautiful country in the world: Italy. More precisely in Brindisi, a windy city that looks out over the sea. While he was growing up he didn't ever knew what to do. People always told him that he got lots and lots of talents. He firstly wanted to do the chef, then the writer, the footballer, the basketball player, the athlete etc...
One day he discovered how fascinating was riding that bicycle that everyone was calling "bike". When he was 13 he joined the local cycling team and everyone in his team looked to be extremely impressed by the fluency which he was used to while climbing. At 16 years old they decided to take him to one of the most famous climbs of Italy: the Vesuvio. That day, the 15th of June, was a sunny Sunday, not too hot, but hellishly windy: his favourite weather conditions, quite the same as his home-town. More than 60 young riders came there to face the terrible Vesuvio in a race. Matteo won, with quite a margin, too.

Name: Plusvite Q. de la Lumière
Age: 21
Nationality: French
Rider type: Punchy Sprinter
Short Bio:
His name literally means "faster than light". He is in fact a talented punchy sprinter. Grew up in Epinal, in the Vosges, he has always been a talented athlete. His grandfather, a former Renault-ELF team manager scouted him as a cyclist and he joined the local cycling team. Nacer Bouhanni who was casually in his same team, made him even more interested about cycling and his only goal was to be as good as him. Let's see if he will succeed!

12 points too much. You need to count the 10 points in RES too and MT is 41 pts if you want 79.

Matt's Management is proud to announce that Plusvite Q. de la Lumière succesfully joined the FDJ.fr team managed by TheManxMissile as the main lead-out of Demare and Bouhanni and as a leader in the smaller races! He is very happy to find there his old friend Bouhanni!

Other than this, yesterday, me and the new OPQS' manager Paul23, had a deal as what regarding Matteo La Bestia. The next year he will in fact ride for his team as a leader! Matteo told me he's extremely happy to ride in a WT team and he will most likely focus on the Giro d'Italia hoping to get a nice result.
Now Matt's Management will focus on finding a team for the Super-Dutch Jan Kaas!

Some horrible news coming out of Japan today where Kim Tan was spending time on holiday. After a disastrous season he was ashamed by his performances and was given a mental and physical beating by the Russians. Early this morning he was found dead in his apartment and all the evidence links to hanging himself with his bicycle chain.

My 3rd rider
Name: Ricardo Martinez Machado
Age: 21
Nationality: Portuguese
Rider Type: Hilly Sprinter
Short Bio: Born in the country of Portugal Ricardo enjoyed life through his teen years playing football and hanging with girls but he realized that he would struggle to have a good future if he continued the lifestyle he was living so when he was 17 he dumped his girlfriend and resorted to cycling. The reason that cycling was the sport of his choice is that it took his mind off everything else and made him focus on what he was doing. The turning moment was when he was 18 and he met Alessandro Petacchi while on a cycling holiday in Italy. From this moment his desire was to become a sprinter but not just any sprinter. He wanted to become a sprinter who could go over the hills and win the reduced bunch sprints much like Sagan does nowadays. He has spent the last three years of his life training on the hills and the flats racing against himself and doing sprint exercises. He has continued to play football socially but now cycling is his main sport and he wants to be able to ride alongside his new idol Rui Costa and one day achieve as much if not more than Petacchi did in his career.
He is a dedicated young man who wants to give it all to lead a team, preferably in the WT but will think carefully about offers from all teams.

You have hilly sprinter. He does well, breaking a few records, grabbing a handful of wins. Then this publicity rivalry develops, grows, gains mainstream recongnition. It comes to an unfulfilling end.
And suddenly everyone wants to be a hilly sprinter
