Guess it won't be his last WC But great experience for now!
Option B. A & C would contain, they won't be able to spend time together in the future and that would be hard for him, he seems to like her. And this could slowdown his progress.

The final four games of the season. Looking at the standings, we could finish anywhere from fourth to seventh. Meanwhile, it's two-team race at the top between Shamrock Rovers and Dundalk for the league title.
Match Day #33 at Cork City (15-10-6) Nearly 5,000 in attendance, third-largest crowd Limerick has seen.
Spoiler Cork City 2, Limerick FC 0
Summary: Two quick first-half goals had Limerick FC scrambling to get back in the match. One shot on goal and 23 fouls wasn't going to cut it.
Rating: 6.5 - Poor stamina control and form.
Player of Game: Joel Coustrain, Cork City (8.8)
Match Day #34 vs. Galway United (12-16-5) Three-way tie for 5th in the league between Limerick, Galway and Derry.
Spoiler Limerick FC 3, Galway United 0
Summary: Brighton and Hove Albion U23 star loanee Aaron Connolly kicks off the scoring with his fifth goal in seven games with Limerick. Following an unfortunate own goal, long-time Limerick captain Shane Duggan sealed the 3-0 victory.
Rating: DNP - Late scratch over fitness concerns.
Player of Game: Shane Duggan, Limerick FC (8.6)
Match Day #35 vs. Shamrock Rovers (25-6-2) A chance to possibly ruin the Rovers title dreams.
Spoiler Limerick FC 3, Shamrock Rovers 1
Summary: Limerick rains on Shamrock's parade. Three goals after the 67th minute overcomes an early goal by Shamrock. The final dagger came off the boot of Marcus Diamond.
Rating: 7.8 - Fifth goal for Limerick. Found the open space with a well-timed run to support our attackers. Also got my first assist with the team on a through ball to Lee Lynch to score what turned out to be the game-winning goal.
Player of Game: Marcus Diamond, Limerick FC (7.8)
Match Day #36 at Bray Wanderers (7-17-11) Wanderers don't want relegation; Limerick has a shot at 4th place.
Spoiler Limerick FC 2, Bray Wanderers 0
Summary: Limerick doesn't allow a shot on target to end the season on a three-game winning streak. Ben Folami and Nathan Tormey with the goals. Goal difference, however, ultimately keeps Limerick in fifth place.
Rating: 6.7 - Tacked on a second assist for the season.
Player of Game: Jack Barthram, Limerick FC (7.6)

Spoiler - Each member gets 5.0 points to spread however they like over the 36 attributes listed above. One post per member.
- Stats work on a decimal system starting at 1.0.
- Stats are bumped up in FM when they hit that number, ex. 2.9 = 2 in-game, and 13.4 = 13 stat in-game.
- The decimal numbers will remain hidden.
- There is a threshold for each stat when more points are needed to increase that stat. It's start off on a 1-to-1 scale where 1 point equals 1 stat upgrade. However, the scales get exponentially further and further apart the closer that stat gets to the maximum of 20. The increasing scale will also remain a mystery and is different from the cycling progression scale.
-Comment below to provide stat upgrades.
Request: With the season finished, now is good time for Marcus Diamond to chat with Team President Pat O'Sullivan and bring up any concerns or suggestions.
(Option A) "Everything is going great, can wait for next season!"
(Option B) "I'd like to discuss a possible pay raise."
(Option C) "Could I get loaned out to a more prestigious club?"
(Option D) "I no longer wish to be a part of the club. Release me."

Option B,
I think another season here would be beneficial to him, and seeing as his squad status is key player instead of the squad player that got loaned out when we signed his contract I think he has definitely earned the pay rise.
Especially as the Irish season runs asynchronous to the English season so if he continues to perform well the English summer window will be when his contract is 6 months old so they might be interested in him again by then.

Three one-day races to wrap up the season. Hopes of promotion went out of the window when INM's climbing prospect Edward Dunbar decided to forfeit the rest of his season after eight race days due to an undisclosed dispute with management.
While Dunbar joins Liquigas next season and Hugo Hofstetter is headed to Dimension Data. I'm stuck here, on a team that is projected to get relegated to the CT circuit. There are rumors the team might just fold if that happens.
Race Day #32 at Tour de Vendee Four Frenchman top the favourites list aiming to win on home soil.
Spoiler
Summary: Ugly day with rain and multiple crashes. Casper Pedersen jumps the sprinters to steal the win.
Result: 19th - Didn't crash, I'll take that as a win. Lead team sprinter Hugo Hofstetter did go down and was one of seven cyclists to withdraw.
1 | Casper Pedersen | Israel Cycling Academy | 5h11'26 | 2 | Arnaud Démare | Groupama - FDJ | s.t. | 3 | Tosh Van Der Sande | Wanty - Groupe Gobert | s.t. | 4 | Jasha Sütterlin | Movistar Team | s.t. | 5 | Lilian Calmejane | Movistar Team | s.t. |
Race Day #33 at Tre Valli Varesine A farewell race for 40-year-old Alejandro Valverde.
Spoiler
Summary: Everything kicks off on climb to the finish. The remaining seven breakaway riders see their one-minute advantage disappear.
The Italians don't mess around on home soil. Nicola Bagioli with the win and seven Italians finished inside the Top 10.
Result: 26th - Kept my head down and did my best to keep up on the climb to the finish line. Legs are extremely sore, need a vacation. But, hey, at least I beat Valverde who finished right next to me in 27th.
1 | Nicola Bagioli | NIPPO - Vini Fantini | 5h03'05 | 2 | Felix Gall | Team Vorarlberg Santic | s.t. | 3 | Gianluca Brambilla | Trek - Segafredo | s.t. | 4 | Rudy Molard | AG2R La Mondiale | s.t. | 5 | Simone Consonni | Bahrain - Merida | s.t. |
Race Day #34 at Japan Cup Let's try to end this season with a bang.
Spoiler
Summary: The peloton was whittled down to eight cyclists before getting to a sprint finish with lapped traffic trying to get out of the way.
A victory for 22-year-old Luxembourg youngster Michel Ries. The biggest win of his career so far. Keep an eye out for him in the future.
Result: 12th - Got thrown off the back on the penultimate climb, but kept my tempo and nearly worked my way back for a Top 10 finish. I finished 1'17" behind Ries. But, 12th is my best finish in this race after placing 26th in 2019 and 25th in 2018.
1 | Michel Ries | Efapel | 4h34'45 | 2 | Sergey Chernetskiy | Bennelong SwissWellness | s.t. | 3 | Jonathan Lastra | Efapel | s.t. | 4 | Hermann Pernsteiner | Felbermayr Simplon Wels | s.t. | 5 | Meron Teshome | Euskadi Basque Country | s.t. |

Workplace Relations (Resolved): To keep his place on the team for next season, Marcus Diamond buried any feeling he had for Alex Vogel; pretty much locking himself in the friend zone.
Meanwhile, to take his mind off things, Diamond is packing his bags to go on holiday. Any suggestions on where he should go?

Wouldn't be ideal if INM folds due to the usefulness of being in Ireland anyway with Limerick
Also just noticed the updating you do on the first posts, really cool

I joined the team at the halfway point of the season after being loaned out to AFC Hornchurch. In 17 league appearances, I scored five goals and provided two assists for a 6.99 rating. Plus, I was named Player of the Match four times and got on the Irish Premier Division Team of the Week twice.
*Diamond is currently on holiday, so no training ground*
More money?: Marcus Diamond's request for a raise was turned down by the club president, "Now really isn't a good time Marcus."
The next day, Limerick FC head coach Sam Allardyce accepted the manager position at Northampton (Sky Bet League Two). New coach coming to Limerick for the 2021 season.
The opening was filled quickly. A week later, Roddy Collins was appointed.

Option A, He should avoid conflict with his football schedule as he looks like he is about to break out and play well enough to get a big transfer.
Also he should try to avoid the extra travelling and fatigue that would come from the bigger races or even worse the International ones as that will only have a negative influence on both disciplines.

Option B, he’s too good for CT and needs to get noticed. Avoids too much clash with football where he also as Sammy said could and should be moving up soon.

Optimism in the air, a new season is nearly upon us. The winter transfer season is also right around the corner. Before any players are poached or brought in, here is a look at the preliminary 2021 Limerick FC squad.
New head coach Roddy Collins is still trying to piece the starting XI together at the moment. For those returning to the team, not much of a change tactic wise as Collins will probably stay with the 4-2-3-1 Wide formation, at least early on.
Limerick FC is predicted to finish 7th in the league standings. Marcus Diamond has been tabbed as key player to watch this season in the league. The only Limerick player to receive any preseason recognition.
Here is rest of the 2021 Limerick FC roster (at the moment):

Putting in Extra Work: Marcus Diamond can pick up a new player trait if he receives 25 or more training points this month. Suggest a player trait that Diamond should learn, one trait will be chosen at random if enough training is put in.
A summary of possible player traits can be found here.
