Thanks Bikex, another fun scouting event. Vangen & Detenyshev will continue our new classics direction.
Jansen, Heras & Wilfurth look pretty tasty too!

I took some risks, made some mistakes. Couldn't find a worthwhile Canadian.
But at least I still got Scott McGuinness!

We are proud to have grabbed one of the top 3 talents by AVG. But the two best Brits this year were once again a bit underwhelming.
McGuinness is just perfect, and a pot 6 talent, too!

Too bad missing vangen. Definately after already missed tonelli
How much does it Cost to sack a rider?

I was surprised I didn't have Vangen. Nice regional talent, that I thought I had bid on and was in the bag as I didn't receive a message. Guess I was wrong and had forgotten to send the bidding message. Sad day for Scandinavian cycling.

Decent riders for Grupo Argos, but the latin american market was a lot tougher than I hoped for. Nice to have found a Slovenian guy.

Found this in the 2020 Transfer Rules
4. In case you want to sack any riders, you are allowed to fire up to 5 riders. For the first 3 you'll have to pay a fine of 50% of the riders wage, for the next two 75%.

A bit disappointed to see that there were just two decent Central/South American talents - missed out on one because I didn't think they'd go above 200k, and didn't even find the second one. Well, maybe next time.
Still got the "top" ones from Argentina and Chile, so did the best I could - unfortunately, that doesn't mean all that much given their stats
Scouting still was fun, though; hoping I'll be better prepared next time

Of the teams that signed up for 2021, I'm still missing the development from:
Baku Synergy Plus
Santos - Euskadi
Bosch Cycling Team
Shell Pro Cycling
I want to upload the post development db tomorrow, if you want to send something in please do before that.
No problem if you don't send it in, then I'll take the suggested training with some minor tweaks.

Totally forgot about that... can anything still be done if I really, really, really don't want the suggested training?
I could send it in tomorrow.

Yeah same as cio I missed the final call but I have a full development file I’d like to send in today if it’s allowed - understand if not though.
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Sure send it in! Everything can still be easily changed, just wanted to have something I can work with for the next files already!
