You already decided, but I'd go for UnitedHealthcare. Don't start too high, but you get a contract for 2 years and you gain experience.

First of all, this story keeps being good, so great job.
I think i would go with Bissell Pro Cycling, a good role, great pay, and not bound for several years due to the one year contract(As i am reading the story, i feel that our main character, is confident enough, to believe he can show through his riding, that he is better, that these offers, after a full years of being a pro).

All I wanted was a chance and now I had 5 teams giving me one.
In order to determine which team I wanted to ride for in 2010,
I first had to cut my decision from 5 teams down to 2.
The first team I dropped off my list was Pro Tour team RadioShack.
I worked to hard to be paid so little just to be a bottle carrier.
Plus I had to try-out to prove myself worth of the spot. No thank you.
My next choice was to remove UnitedHealthcare from the list.
Sure the money was the best on the table, but I needed a chance to develop.
Being a basic helper wasn't going to give me the opportunities to progress.
The last team I removed, leaving me with two teams, was Garmin.
It was for the exact opposite reason I gave to pass on UnitedHealthcare.
The fact that they would give me a chance to develop my talents was great,
but it wasn't enough money to properly support myself.
That left me with two teams: Bissell Pro Cycling and SpiderTech-Planet Energy
Which one would it be?

I think it's better to sign a 1 year contract so you can change easier if you're not comfortable with the team

Spidertech, on one condition. As for a one-year contract, because you never know what developments you'll make in one season.
