Well just keep pushing, Watson. If you can't get it out then I have some laxatives in the cabinet.

A year ago I thought I would never be back here.
The United States National Championships.
My chance to prove I'm one of the best cyclist in the country.
Then pass all the drug tests to show I did it honestly.
June 24, 2017 : USA National ITT Championships
It's been the Phinney Vs. Van Garderen show for the last four years.
Experts are pegging this as a 3-man event between TvG - Talansky - Phinney.
Fox gets to bring 3 guys to represent the squad.
We are all categorized as outsiders. But don't count us out.
--- *** --- *** --- *** ---
Mostly flat but a few rolling inclines, I'll have to use those to get a good time.
Talansky is the 1st favourite to go. With no checkpoints,
we just get his time at the finish. 49'59".
A few riders later I'm up! This is my moment...
I thought I had a decent ride. Then I look up at the clock as I pass the finish.
50'52". Good enough for 2nd right now, but +53 seconds on Talansky.
Brown is the next notable rider to go. He has an awful day.
27 seconds slower than me. That's uncharacteristic of him.
Next up is Craddock. And he revenges Brown's awful ride.
Lawson beats me by 21 seconds! Putting him into 2nd for now.
After a few more guys come through I'm pushed to 6th place with 2 riders left.
Tejay is the 1st to go and he lights up the course! 49'24"!
Can Phinney beat that? It will be tough.
49'13"! He does! Taylor Phinney is your 2017 USA ITT Champion.
I'm quite happy with my 8th place. Never would have dreamed of
a Top 10 here when I was a little farm boy back in Kansas.

+1 EXP for the Top 10, would be a great week if I can get a Top 10 in the RR.
Speaking of which, the next race report will be the USA RR National Champ:
Spoiler
My training is now in your hands for the rest of my career.
After each race I can receive both EXP and Form Points.
EXP is a permanent stat gains while Form is temporary (the next race update).
A maximum of 3 EXP and 5 Form can be rewarded after each stage.
After any stage I receive EXP or Form points
you guys get to decided where I put those stat gains to use.
All you have to do is comment on which category you want
1 of the stat gains to go (Ex. Mountain, Sprint, Flat, etc.)
The EXP points are used up first followed by the Form.
Each member can only say one category for themselves.
And it will go until all the points are used up.
If you have any questions about my training, leave a question below.
It looks confusing at first but it's rather simple,
and this will be the only method for me to progress talent wise.

It's quite a shame he couldn't beat Craddock with his recent training of his TT skills

@sutty68 & Jakstar22: That's the plan.
@TMM: Fixed.
@All: Another busy week of uni work for me so eps. might be scarce.
My spring break is next week though so I'll make up for it then.
