Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

That revelation from his friend about his dad and the bike... beautiful.

72 pages of pure enjoyment! (And a long night...)Absolutly a fantastic story, only annoying thing was that I had the most perfect commments, but I can't post a comment to season 2 or 3 in season 13.. THat's not your fault though. Amazing story! Only other problem is to write a story after this will be impossible. There are only two possible solutions:
1. It's terrible
2. It ends up beeing a copy cat story

@All: Thanks for the nomination.
@Jesleyh: Thanks, Travis hopes so too.
@Ian Butler: It's the name of the story, he can't get sick of them.
@sutty68: Yes it is (again).
@547984: Thanks, I think I'm the only member to mention the Awards within the actual story. That deserves it's own award.
@SSJ2Luigi: Travis likes cookies... but they are not good for him during training.
@Shonak: For some it's beautiful for others it's confusing.
@welker3257: Thank you, and I still say Travis is on like Comeback #4 or 5. But then again I'm too lazy to count them.
@muttisr: Wow, thanks for taking the time to read the whole thing. In one night that's quite impressive. If you really wanted to post comments on previous episodes I wouldn't care as long as you noted which season and episode you are talking about. Would be interesting to read. And people said I couldn't top my Andy Schleck: Quest for History story so I think your last statement can be proved wrong.
@baia: It's coming, but with school starting up again reports are going to slow down a bit.

All I needed was money, patience, and a second chance.
In doing so I could continue my career as a cyclist.
Money to take care of me, my mom, and child support
(hopefully that last one turns into Chloe and kids).
Patience to wait out my 1 year ban for using PEDs.
A second chance so I could get on a professional team.
The first two problems I had found solutions for.
The last one was going to be the hardest.
But, I have 4 months to get back into cycling shape.
Nothing else matters. It's me against the flat roads of Kansas.
The stress of money was finally lifted off my shoulders. Why you may ask?
We sold the farm and auctioned off the Schwinn. It was a tough decision,
but now my mom and I have enough funds to be stable for the next 2-3 years.
Hopefully by that time I'm cycling again and bring in a nice paycheck.
If not... well let's not go there. Let's stay positive for a change.

So you sold the Schwinn anyway, well that was anti climatic. I thought that would go somewhere,

Woah, selling the farm is a big step. It's really all or nothing now.

Training Journal - Entry #1 - July 8, 2016
Welcome to my training journal. The place where I keep track of my progress
and my thoughts as I try to become a professional cyclist once again.
Today marks my first day back on the bike since this happened.
It's been a while because Kyle had to ship my equipment in from California.
Also there is the obvious reason that my dad just passed away
and I had to deal with all obstacles that came along with that.
But, that's now in past. I have to be looking towards the future.
Yes, that is the only jersey UPS managed to deliver on time.
I paced myself and only went for 15 miles.
It just felt great to be on my bike once again.
And that's really all I have to say about today's ride.
I hope to keep my journal updated on a weekly/monthly basics.
Along the way I will continue to update my progress (on and off the bike)
and let you know what has happened to the world of cycling during my absence.
Until next time, Travis Newton
Spoiler
My training is in your hands during my career.
After each training session I will earn EXP Points.
A maximum of 3 EXP can be rewarded.
You guys get to decided where I put those stat gains to use.
All you have to do is comment on which category you want
1 of the stat gains to go (Ex. Mountain, Sprint, Flat, etc.)
Each member can only say one category for themselves.
And it will go until all the points are used up.
If you have any questions about my training, leave a question below.

A drop in stats
(this is doping-free Travis stats, right?)
+ TT
Want to make him a TT beast as he should be

Your dad pasted away?
Also, umm, shouldn't he have got quite a lot of xp from recent events, I guess it's not cycling experience though...

A stats drop was needed because he was away from road racing for so long
and the PEDs are finally out of his system. He is doing it the right way this time, training and getting better one day at a time.
(At least that's the goal, this is Travis we are talking about... Who knows what will happen. I don't even know at the moment but I'll probably come up with something. )

Here have you been... might want to check this out. And I only give out EXP for road racing experiences/training. If I did it for real life experiences Travis would have all 85 stats by now.

Good point, also I was pointing out the pasting, don't believe that's a term...
At least not in that sense...
