That should be related to the local.cdb file and as far as I'm aware it hasn't been edited for this db?

Did some stat modifications as well for the V1.7
Did you do it off the DB i sent? 'Cause I made some changes to dyn_cyclist, removing riders and correcting rosters.

What team corrections ? I'm pretty sure I did all 2015 rosters ?

Yes I did. When you removed riders, did you also change their cyclist-id in Dyn_palmares_cyclist to 0?
Also, can you remember some of the roster changes you did?
Sorry, but I've got bad experiences sometimes with using the .cdb from other people that do want to help, because it could potentially cause bugs if implemented wrong and I can't know if the person knows what he's doing
Just making sure, definitely appreciate your work.
Not sure if I can get the country fixed. Editing a local.cdb is tricky, especially when not 1000% sure what you're doing.
Yeah the local.cdb wasn't edited so I guess the mistake came from the exp.pack although it's not a huge issue imo.
Edit:
Just noticed you only did like 4 changes. So those were easy to double-check for me anyway? Nothing else(stats?) you edited?

Jesley, I think would be better in Hills: Contador and Quintana 1 points less, so Contador 78 and Quintana 77
Nah, Contador deserves 79 for sure, if Nibali is on 79 he deserves the same even though he doesn't take part in the Ardennes. He's proved multiple times that he's quite good on the very tough slopes. Not completely sure about Quintana, but 77 would be far too low imo, just leave those as they are for the moment. There would be too much of a difference between his mo and hill stat and it doesn't look fair to me.
Quintana deserve 77 hill in my opinion no better than froome in this area

In my game they show up with the correct spelling everywhere. Where in your game do you see those names? What it says in dyn_palmares_cyclist doesn't matter as long as they are linked with the id_cyclist number.

If your into the 2016 in your career the game will pick the variant of 2016 (if any). If not, it will pick the first one alphabetically (for example if you have 3 variants, 1 called 2015 (but it was already picked), one called v2 and the other v3 the game will pick v2 for 2016 and v3 for 2017.
Thanks for the huge reply! But this doesn't explain why the variants for the first season are randomly selected? Doesn't the game care about the alphabet for the first season?
And about the downloads, it seems like the ASO pack has all the variants of the 2010-2013 pack and tons of others. ASO it is, then!
So with the ASO variants, I don't have to edit anything to "add" the variants to the game, like in 2009? And with f.ex. two Amstel versions, will it alternate between the two? Not sure if I want variants for the Ardennes. My guess is that the most recent stages are better made when it comes to races like that with only tiny route variations.
matt17br wrote:
Yes, they can be implemented easily with now downsides by only editing sta_race and sta_stage.
I'll leave that to Jesleyh Does this mean that the game is a lot more adaptable now compared to earlier versions? I remember in 2009/10 that you couldn't switch dates of the biggest races, as that would fuck up different pre-set rider schedules. Can you actually have the Vuelta in April now, just as an example?

Thanks for the huge effort there, Squire
I'll release a V1.7 shortly.
Although some of those(Torino, Piemonte) are actually correct in the .cdb, according to PCS.
No problem!
About Torino and Piemonte, I thought CQranking had it nailed. That was my source. If more reliable sources say otherwise, then I'm obviously wrong.
You can see in some pictures that there's some mistake in the names of those 2 riders in the palmares section

Already fixed it
Also, keep in mind it's very easy to change Quintana's HI stat yourself if you desire. I can't please everyone after all

Arnaud Demare needs to be either 80 SP 79 ACC or 79 SP 80 ACC because 79 SP 79 ACC seems too low

@fidjim I'm quite sure it's not related to Squire's work. I think that I had noticed some mispellings of Betancur's name few other times when checking the palmares (ingame). Gonna do some reseach to find out why that happens because I havent paid too much attention myself as it seems.

So the misspellings are related to something else ?

Yes, but I already found it, it's related to misspellings in Dyn_palmares_cyclist, which Squire didn't edit.
Release either tonight or early tomorrow.
