There are no small electronics stores around here and a big chain like BestBuy will charge you more than the headset itself is worth to fix something that is out of warranty and wasn't bought there.

Don't know what's weird,
watching Disney Channel for the first time in 5 years or,
seeing the hidden messages you didn't see as a boy
It means shit, for those don't see it

Well that's unfortunate. I think it may be best to replace it rather than fix it then. Sorry that it didn't work out for you.

Which you should regret, as it ended negatively.
Though, I wasn't giving you false advice if that's what you mean by that.

Nah I don't mean that.
My amp and stuff still works. So I plugged my really crappy console mic into that and it will make do for now.
Ultimately now I have to replace that mic. I'll likely ask for it again for my birthday, just like how I got the other one last year.
Shame those only come once a year and you get one present. Didn't want to have t use it on something I should already have.
Also a shame I couldn't get that headset separately from the amp in any way. I imagine that would be cheaper.

I kind of feel like everyone that was a huge part of the site in 2010 which was when I really became active has gone or become a lot less active
Congrats to 10.000 posts of which lots were actually valuable.
And hey, I was active in 2010. Probably more active than right now to be honest. But I feel that lots of those are still here. Some might not but most are.
Always a bit surprised to see some known members of 3-4 years back regularly posting in the story forums after not seeing them for quite a while. As I am far less active in that area since not having time for such a long story right now, I have a different view on it I guess.
Lots of the guys I remember are gone completely. There are some that post a little bit still and a handful of people that still post lots, like me

I think it is pretty normal stuff Valv. People are getting older and probably have less and less time to give to the internet forum and new younger members arre coming in...
And then there are those that were forced to leave by my awesomness, at least those bloody Americans give me the guilt for that.
You know, Americans, it is always like that. They flood you by democrasy sooner or later.

Considering how mean you were in my first 6 months. Do you try to scare away all the Americans? I wish I had saved those PM's that you sent to me
