Well, I got my Learner's Licence today! In South Africa, the minimum age for a Learner's Licence is 17, Driver's Lic is 18, btw. So, in about 6 months I'll be able to do the Driver's exam.
Congrats!
Gonna start my driver's lessons soon, you can ride at 17 here, but under supervision. So I want to have it ready at 18, when you can ride on your own. Some guys from my class already have 1 though, so at least I can take advantage of them

Hello guys.
This year I reeeally want to be nominated in PCM.daily Awards in "Inititive of the Year".
I have some initiatives (CTWWYPCM, Now I Fall, PCM World Cup...). Do you think I could be (at least) nominated then?
(It's a really silly question, but I want to know it...)

Of course it`s possible as all users can nominate and the most votes will do so.
But honestly, in my opinion creating so many different initiatives is obviously not bad, but doing it that obsessive and asking everywhere to get response for his initiatives is also some kind of spamming, just like some of those games only quickly add posts to the post counts.
Not thinking this is the best way to go tbh.

think that Initative of the year is reserved for initatives from daily itself (the admins and stuff) instead of what members started.
think that Now I Fall is your best option though
edit: roturn immediatly destroys what I think

Frankly, you won't. The site initiatives are 99.9% of the times choosed among the ones of the site. https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....d_id=32489

Edit: that of course was too depressing, lol.

Might have mixed it with those site initiatives. But anyway there are obviously awards for everybody but I keep my opinion that being too obsessive to get one nomination usually is not working.

I agree. A nomination isn't something you should beg and/or hope for. Recieving a nomination is very nice and should be something special
(Oh, did I mention I was nominated 4 times last year and didn't win anything? )

Please, just stfu. If there'd be an award for most initiatives, you'd win it hands down. But it's for the best initiative, so you won't have a chance. It'll either be a daily initiative or the Members DB (which is what I'd put my money on). Posting here trying to get attention for a nomination definitely won't work out.

It could actually get both awards, since it is both.
Other than that, how about EPIC?

I'll take both, Selwink
Nah, one shouldn't be obsessed with awards. It's nice to have an award and I really like the idea of the awards, but it's just a minor thing and all you get is a banner(which, in some cases, is spelled wrongly as well )

yeah the only thing that a banned does is reminding people that didn't win the contest, that they lost said contest.
Spoiler yes Survivor season 1 still hurts .
edit: ffs It's banner
