I don't want to decide about the NPC's future, but I can think of Schiltz and Dao switching to full mountain bike/road cycling, because the first does both at the moment, while Dao was a road pro before his CX-career.
I can believe that Gormley could be in future a possible trait in sand rivers, eldfjallason the same on ice, whilst Soucek could be the unfinished talent, who shines in one, two races per season, but is bad th other ones. (Especially because I've in mind that he should be inconsistent)
That's just my ideas.
