While we wait for more, I'll talk about the season a bit. It's split into 3 parts, and you'll need to have your startlists in before each part. During each break, you'll have a chance to improve riders, set goals, apply for wildcards and make the startlists for the next part. I'll only make an exception for the GT's, those wildcards will be distributed at the start of the season, cause that's too many racedays to switch in or out.
Part 1 is alot of preparation races. If you even wanted to win an Australian, African or South-American race, it’s now or never. Tour Down Under, Tour de Gabon and Tour de San Luis are unique wins. But if you want prestige, you’ll want to win La Primavera, the first Monument classic from Milan to San Remo. Though stage racers will be more interested in Paris-Nice, Tirreno-Adriatico or the Volta a Catalunya. But let’s not forget about the cobbled races either, cause there’s plenty. Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, E3 Harelbeke, Gent-Wevelgem will be the most important ones. The new continental championships will take place at the end.
Part 2 will start with the remaining classics. In only a few weeks, you will have seen Ronde Van Vlaanderen, Scheldeprijs, Paris-Roubaix, Brabantse Pijl, Amstel Gold Race, Fleche Wallone and Liege-Bastogne-Liege. But let’s not forget the climbers, they will see Pays Vasco and Romandie, before moving on to the Giro d’Italia. We’ll close this part with Tour de Suisse and the Dauphiné, after which we’ll have all the national championships.
Part 3, the largest part, will immediately commence with Le Tour de France. After this, it will be a long part, so you have to make sure your riders have the necessary race days to get to the end. A bunch of newer races will bring you to the Vuelta and from there we go on to the World Championships. The season will end with Il Lombardia, Paris-Tours and a few Asian races.
Calendar will be posted soon.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Ok, let's go to the next part. But manager applications are still open.
First of all, everyone will have to make a team HQ in this subforum, it can be as detailed as you like, but you need to have one. As explained in point 5) of the rulebook, this will be your main method of communication with your riders and the public. The better it is, the more points you'll get to advance riders. There are already some nice examples from the UCPCL, if you're looking for inspiration.
Secondly, start thinking about your 3 goals for the first part of the season. More info about goals can be found in part 7) of the rulebook. Think about this carefully, because I want to see them in an unedited post in your HQ! It will have to have this template:
Easy goal:
Medium goal:
Hard goal:
Thirdly, it's time for the first round of wildcards. Info about applications can be found in part 4 of the rulebook. I want everything in one PM, this would make it much easier for me to go through it. The first round of wildcards will be about the first part of the season + Giro, Tour & Vuelta. You can't apply for any other races yet.
For WT teams, you are mandatory participating in all WT races, so give me up to 5 applications for CT races in the first part of the season.
For CT teams, give me up to 10 CT races you want to ride in the first part of the season. Just the race names will do, you will get accepted automaticaly. You can also apply for up to 5 WT races currently available, proper applications will be needed for these.
Lastly, I have decided this game will be called Elites of Professional International Cycling. In short, cross the finish line first and you will have an EPIC win.

I'll add some deadlines as well, though nothing too harsch. Wildcard applications will have to be in by next week wednesday. Don't worry if you miss out on one, there will be another round. HQ should be your top priority, as you can't sign riders (should be starting next week) or set goals without the HQ.

Some questions.
Will be overlapping races?
The database will be the new (unfinished) PCMDaily database?
