Structure and layout aren't necesarilly the same thing.
Layout: Each post looks good on its own.
Structure: There is sort of a system in how the posts are structured, how races are reported, what kind of news are posted. Does the race reports look similar e.g. Also includes the intro-posts etc.
Edit: The ones who ended up on the final vote were just the ones with the most votes I suppose. Doesn't mean that you're HQ was bad just that the voters in average didn't consider it a top-4 HQ.

Welcome!
And Astana and Orica did get a few votes, but not enough to make it to the final list
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Okay, next step for you is to build a HQ, from tomorrow on there's stuff for everyone to do

Might as well wait until next season unless you want to use your HQ as a transfer base.
Welcome to EPIC, and congrats on your 69th post

Sounds like renewals will be happening tomorrow unless it is natural progression

Rider was obvious, majority for Sagan. Team was fun to watch, a lot of people did not want Sky to win, but ended up voting for different teams, so Sky took the win anyway. HQ went very overwhelmingly to Euskaltel. Manager was closest, 1 point between Brewers, Atlantius and me. EPIC rider was a bit in between, Hanzen won by a few votes. Reporter was another easy win for Shonak.

Not really surprising winners. Happy that Sagan won after a good season.

Just so TMM knows, if Jesleyh and Brouwer were more heavily active here I would have voted I would have voted for Brouwer instead.
Should have awards for: Best Rider performance, Best EPIC Rider performance, most surprising performance.
