Greg Henderson https://www.procyc..._Henderson
I think you guys know him
Hayden Mccormick
https://www.procyc...eason=2013
A solid climber, more of a time trialist. Came 9th at NZL Cycling Classic and won U23 National Championship this year, so he must have something of a sprint. Seems to be a classic domestique
Alex Frame
https://www.procyc...?id=137600
Rode for Giant-Shimano's Development Team last year. Seems to be a sprinter, got lots of top 10s throughout at various U23 races last year. Seems to like to attack as well, was in the breakaway a few times at Bayern Tour.
Taylor Gunman
https://www.procyc...lor_Gunman
This year's NZl TT Champion and got sixth at Oceanian Championship. Seems to do okay on cobbles as he rode a bunch of those races last year. He also can climb getting top 20s in Tour de Beauce and An Post Ras.
Roman Van Uden
https://www.procyc...eason=2013
A solid sprinter, rode for Node 4 last year. Won some small races in the Middle East last year. A pure sprinter with a little PRL ability.

Henderson wouldn't survive one season, he's too old.

Van Uden was more active in teh british races that aren't on PCS or CQ. As you said he's mainly a sprinter but he also has some good results on the british scene that aren't covered by what you've linked to.

Some of these might be named before, I apologize if I mentioned them another time now. Just got trough the top 1000 top scorers to find some asian hidden gems.
POURSEYEDI GOLAKHOR Mirsamad - 15/10/1985
https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...derid=7347
This guy actually won the Tour of Qinghai Lake 42 seconds in front of Y. Nepomnyachsni, and beated Iran's current best climber with over 2 and a half minutes. He should be a good asian stage racier I reckon.
KOLAHDOUZ HAGH Amir - 07/01/1993
https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...;current=0
This guy is already in the database as a free agent, but made his breakthrough this year after finishing 10th GC in Le Tour de Langkawi, in front of Kascheskin, Dyachenko og Rolland, I believe he could do with a little stat adjustment.
ZARGARI Amir - 31/07/1980
https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...;current=0
7th in Tour of Qinghai Lake and runner up in both RR and TT in the Iranian NC.
EMEMI Rahim - 17/05/1981
https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...;current=0
Another Iranian that really had a good Tour of Qinghai lake, finishing 11th. He also won the entire Tour of Fuzhou! (Okay, I haven't heard about it either, but there were actually some names from the database there )
MEHRABANI AZAR Ramin - 24/10/1986
https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...;current=0
6th in Tour of China, and some other top 10's in asian races.
KOZHATAYEV Bakhtiyar - 28/03/1992
https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...;current=0
Quite a promising Kazakh here, finishing 4th in Tour de l'avenir and with a podium on Tour of Azerbaidjan.
TILEGEN Maidos - 10/06/1993
https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...;current=0
Already in the database, and a good talent, but 12th in Tour de l'avenir and 9th in Tour de Slovenié show he already has something to offer. Maybe better his stats and then make him level 2 instead of level 1?
ITO Masakazu - 12/06/1988
If I got it right, only Arashiro did better as a japanese last season. Ito finished 10th in Tour de Taiwan and 15th in Tour de Korea to mention some of the bigger races. I believe he should be in the database, but don't make him too good, cause Meiji has enough good riders
MAZUKI Nur Amiraul Fakhruddin - 24/01/1992
https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...;current=0
Good Malaysian talent, podium in both national contests, and podium and victory in indian races.

I am not sure if these two riders have already been suggested. They are all solid young cobblers.
Egoitz Garcia Echeguibel (Cofidis) finish 13th 2013 Omloop Het Nieuwsbad , higher than Ciolek, Bosson Hagen, Turgot, Haussler
Spaniard - Born 31 Mar 1986.
Baptiste Plackaert (Crelan-Euphony) 15th at same race as above. Belgium - Born 28 Sept 1988.
Viacheslav Kuznetsov (Katusha) 26th same race.
Russian - Born 24 June 1989.
Gaetan Bille (Lotto-Belisol) 27th same race.
Belgium - Born 6 Apr 1988.
Jean-Lou Paini (Sojasun) 29th same race
France - Born 23 Dec 1988.
Tim De Troyer (Accent Jobs-Wanty) 62nd same race. Possible the best future prospect.
Belgium - Born 11 Aug 1990
Jonathan Breyne (Crelan-Euphony) 68th same race. Budding Punchuer with some skills on the cobbles but primary future seems to be as a punchuer.
Belgium - Born 4 Jan 1991

Found more notes I had made for new 2014 riders:
Luke Keough younger brother of Jake Keough. Touted to have more Sprint potential than Jake and better on the hills. A top prospect. USA - Born 10-Aug-1991
Klass Lodewyck A strong Belium just now coming into his own. Probably a Lvl2 with a max cobble potential of 77.
Belgium - Born 24 March 1988
Juhen Duval an up and coming punchuer from France Born - 27 May 1990.
Silvia Herklotz a very young German cobbler. Still underweight, no telling how good he can be. Born 6 May 1994.
Lucas Liss Also a German good on the Hills with decent sprint and acceleration. Born 12 Jan 1992

And Herklotz is certainly no cobbler either.

Impressive to miss him considering he's mentioned in the first three posts of this thread, and of all specializations there are, cobbler is the least fitting

And Liss was purely a track rider until now iirc, it's his first road season with Stölting now.

Apologies if I shouldn't ask this here, but how come WT riders like Lodewyck and Bille aren't included in the game yet?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Is there somebody who can assist me with some Polish riders I shortlisted? I have no idea the kind of rider they might be.
I'm posting the names if somebody can provide some background.
BANASZEK, Adrian - 21/10/1993
https://www.procyc...n_Banaszek
BERNAS, Pawel - 24/05/1990
https://www.procyc...?id=134451
CHARUCKI, Pawel - 14/10/1988
https://www.procyc...l_Charucki
DOMAGALSKI, Karol - 09/08/1989
https://www.procyc...?id=140511
KIRPSZA, Piotr - 27/05/1989
https://www.procyc...tr-Kirpsza
KOMAR, Mateusz - 18/07/1985
https://www.procyc...eusz-Komar
KOWALCZYK, Jaroslaw - 23/04/1989
https://www.procyc...-Kowalczyk
KUREK, Adrian - 29/03/1988
https://www.procyc...?id=140490
OWSIAN, Lukasz - 24/02/1990
https://www.procyc...asz-Owsian
SKARZYNSKI, Wojciech - 22/04/1989
https://www.procyc...Skarzynski
STACHOWIAK, Adam - 10/07/1989
https://www.procyc...?id=132689
STEPNIAK, Grzegorz - 24/04/1989
https://www.procyc...?id=134481
ZIELINSKI, Kamil - 03/03/1988
https://www.procyc...-Zielinski
NOWAK, Mateusz - 11/04/1980
https://www.procyc...eusz-nowak
**************************
Also I would like to recomend some adds already requested:
DABKOWSKI, Konrad - 16/02/1989 Reported by Avin 14/08/13
MATYSIAK, Bartlomiej - 11/09/1984 Reported by Avin 14/08/13
GRADEK, Kamil - 17/09/1990 Reported by Count 17/02/14
**************************
Finally, I would suggest tweaking the ratings of Marczynki since he proved to be a better rider than what he's in the DB. He had a really nice '12 and he's the former nat champ both in RR and TT (in '11)
MARCZYNSKI, Tomasz - 06/03/1984

Here you go Donovan
BANASZEK, Adrian:
Decent sprinter, should have some talent, but nothing special.
BERNAS, Pawel
Quite allround. Good puncher, had a good result in the hilly stage of *that Polish 2.1 race that nobody can spell*. Has a decent sprint as well, and likes to attack.
CHARUCKI, Pawel
A decent helper, but definitely nothing special. Should be a puncher/climber.
DOMAGALSKI, Karol
A fighter. He really attacks a lot. He's also a good puncher that also can TT, given his 7th place at the Polish NC.
KIRPSZA, Piotr
Good sprinter, had some solid results in Bulgaria & Serbia.
KOMAR, Mateusz
Good puncher with a above-average sprint.
KOWALCZYK, Jaroslaw
Should be a decent puncher, nothing special.
KUREK, Adrian
A fine TT-ist. 24th in the recent Bessèges TT & also some good results at the Sibiu TTs and at that Polish 2.1 race.
Could also be of any use in the hills & in the sprint train, but mainly a TTist.
OWSIAN, Lukasz
Should be a sprinter that takes hills fairly good. Or a puncher that has a fairly good sprint, that's hard to say. Not a world-beater though, he's mediocre.
SKARZYNSKI, Wojciech
A really consistent sprinter. Not a guy who gets you a lot of wins, but he scored some decent Top 10s in Polish races.
STACHOWIAK, Adam
A strong, explosive, puncher.
STEPNIAK, Grzegorz
A really good sprinter, has secured a few podium spots and wins over the 2013 season. 8th at a Turkey stage is most notable.
ZIELINSKI, Kamil
Should be a bit similair to Stepniak, a fairly good sprinter.
NOWAK, Mateusz
A TTist/sprinter, can do both about the same, but if I have to choose, I think it'd be a sprinter. Should be slower than the two above, but a solid sprinter as well.
Feyenoord(football) and Kelderman fanboy

So i've got a few suggestions to make myself: (Sorry if any of them have already been mentioned)
Marcus Christie 18/01/1991
PCS & Cycling Archives.
He's a NeoPro at An Post this season, the only notable result so far was a sixth place at Etoile de Besseges, where he came last out of a breakaway group. It's hard to tell on the videos that exist, but i believe he had a mechanical of some sort near the finish. I'd say his main stats should be flat, TT and fighter. He was very promising as junior rider, but he had a very serious achilles injury, and he's only just recovering from it, still.
Dominic Jelfs 31/03/1990
PCS & Cycling Archives.
He is a second season pro riding for Madison-Genesis, most notable result (and only one really) is a stage win at the 2012 Tour of Bulgaria. He escaped the pack shortly before the sprint (or so the results look like), so i'd have to say again flat and fighter should have high priority. He also finished second to Sam Bennett in the U23 RR in 2010, so he seems to have a decent sprint to him too.
Aaron Buggle 16/10/1990
PCS & Cycling Archives.
He was at Rapha-Condor last year, where his best results where a 3rd at the Tour de Korea TTT and a 6th at the TT nationals, as well as often placing in the top 20 on sprint stages. That, and the succes he has had on the domestic scene, winning various classics and stage races, as well as the U23 TT championships, suggest he is a strong rider on the flats, again with a fair bit of fighting spirit.
Joey Rosskopf 05/09/1989
PCS & Cycling Archives.
Well, what is there this man can't do, is the question? He rides for Hincapie at the moment, where he took the TT at Tour de Beauce as well as a Top 10 on a sprint stage. He also finished 10th in the TT nationals, as well as finishing third in the mountanious Philly classic. He also got third on a hilly stage at Fleche du Sud. And of course he won a stage and the GC at Paris-Arras Tour. I'd make him a hilly TT-ist who can handle the mountains allright, and a high fighter stat too, since he seems to have attacked a lot to get some of those results.
Gotta go now, but might add to that list a little later.
