I suspect that's reserved for reporters.
Quite strange that he is listed as being 28 while finishing 6th in the young riders classification in Torres Vedras - Joaquim Agostinho.

Your right cio. Actually, people got mixed because of that. Well, only in Portugal. Put it this way: yesterday, on the Volta stage, LA did a team attack and it's more important for the portuguese team's to ruin each other's race than actually winning. As I've said only in Portugal. And Gustavo, the code for Angola is .

Will have to do some research on talented Spaniards. Euskadi is the only youth team that rides outside of Spain. I'll post about Barbero and some others later

Yeah I got mixed with the flags codes there
Name: Delio Fernandez
DOB: 17/02/1986
Nationality:
CQ: https://www.cqrank...;current=0
Not the youngest of riders, but could be a CT leader, a PCT lieutenant or a PT luxury domestique. He's reasonably good in the mountains and equally fast finisher. He could be worth 75 MO, 74 SP imo.

Just a general note - don't let age put you off suggesting anyone. Its just as important to have free agents to add with good stats already, as talents with future stats. So somebody like Fernandez is a great shout.

First, i would look on some Ukrainian cyclist, who is free agent but would maybe use a little stat boost for his results. Popkov is having incredible season too, but as he is already in my team, no chance to improve him.
Denys Kostyuk (ID 967-wrong name, listed as Denis Kostjuk)
CQ:https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/rider.asp?riderid=328
PCS:https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Denys_Kostyuk
Spoiler I think Denys deserves upping of hill, flat and especially fighter stats, he is a great attcking strong rider. He won solo the Ukrainian Champs and he also won Race Horizon Park1 (1.2 race in Ukraine) and came 2nd at Five Rings of Moscow. Attacking riders from this country are missing in the database and Denys is best at it from them.
Apart from that, Ukraine is well covered in MG database, thanks to nice aditions from last year. Serhiy Grechyn is doing good this season and he is not in database, but as he is 34already, there is no reason to add him now.
So other countries tips, especially exprienced riders doing well in 2013:
Bartlomiej Matysiak
DOB: 11/9/1984
CQ:https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/rider.asp?riderid=3362
PCS:https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Bartlomiej_Matysiak
Spoiler Matysiak is a fast finishing rider, who is able to get over the hills very good, but not mountains. Not good in longer TTs,but as majority of sprinters, fairly decent prologue rider. He had some nice results this year, like:
stage Tour of Estonia
4thGC Tour of Estonia
7thClasica de Almeria
8th in WT stage at Tour de Pologne
and some more good placements in hilly stages.
Konrad Dabkowski
DOB: 16/2/1989
CQ:https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/rider.asp?riderid=19518
PCS:https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Konrad_Dabkowski
Spoiler Kondrad is sprinter specialist, with good ability to get over the hills. Especially good in one day races.
He won a stage at Course Cycliste de Solidarnosc and won the race Memorial Andrzeja Trochanowskiego. Also finished 6th at Jurmala Grand Prix.
Marco Benfatto
DOB: 06/01/1988
CQ:https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/rider.asp?riderid=10448
PCS:https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Marco_Benfatto
Spoiler Marco is experienced sprinter specialist. Usually best at pure flat stages, but not so bad with few hills. Cant do much more apart from sprinting, so high flat and sprint, decent hill and rest is much worse.
He is 50th in Europe Tour rankings this year, thanks to results like 2ndRiga - Jurmala Grand Prix, 4thJurmala Grand Prix, 2ndstage Tour of Qinghai Lake. Most ranking points came from points classifications, thanks to sprinting consistency.
Omar Bertazzo
DOB: 07/01/1989
CQ:https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/rider.asp?riderid=12048
PCS:https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Omar_Bertazzo
Spoiler Omar is very good sprinter and flat rider, who recently won points classification at Vuelta Ciclista a Venezuela. He is not good in higher terrain, but would make a great flat domestique or lead-out.
His other good results in 2013 are:
1st at stage Int. Österreich-Rundfahrt-Tour of Austria
4thClassic Loire Atlantique
5thRoute Adélie de Vitré
Andrea Zordan (ID 5217)
CQ:https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/rider.asp?riderid=19921
PCS:https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Andrea_Zordan
Spoiler Andrea is already in the database, but he is way underrated. He should be similar rider to Davide Villela, maybe even with higher potential (6?). He beat him this year in some competitions, also in U23 Italian champs. Strong all arounder, with good climbing, especially hills, fighting spirit and fast finishing kick.
In 2013 he won U23Italian Champs, also as Trofeo Edil C and Gran Premio Sportivi di Poggiana-Trofeo Bonin Costruzioni-Gran Premio Pasta Zara.
And now one or two Asiana, with great names for reporters.
Mirsamad Poorseyedi Golakhour
DOB: 15/10/1985
CQ:https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/rider.asp?riderid=7347
PCS:https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Mirsamad_Poorseyedi
Spoiler This man has only result to his name in 2013,but quite impressive one. He won Tour of Qinghai Lake and mountain classification there. His climbing was really gfreat there, looks like pure mountain goat! But he is no one year wonder, he had great result there also few years before and also in Turkey Presidential Tour.
Amir Kolahdozhagh (ID 7137)
CQ:https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/rider.asp?riderid=19779
PCS:https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/Amir_Kolahdozhagh
Spoiler Already in the databse in free agents pool, but he should be upped, especially in mountain, hills and fighter stats. He is very good climber, who is targeting mountain classifications and high GC in mountain races. Very good talent, should have high potential
Some of his results in 2013:
Le Tour de Filipinas (2.2)- 2nd in GC,1st in youth,3rd in KOM
Tour of Iran (2.2)- 3rd in GC, 2nd in KOM
Tour of Singkarak (2.2)- 3rd in GC, 2nd in KOM

To add to Kolahdozhagh, he has a decent kick in reduced bunch sprints, when maxed he should be like Valverde, or Dani Moreno.

Okay so here are some to start off, and I'll get to more in the next few hours:
Ahmet Orken - Rider ID 7258
PCS - https://www.procyc...?id=138043
Already in the database but he could do with an update. He is a bit of a mediocre all-rounder in the DB but in reality he has come along as a fairly good sprinter. He has 3 2.2 stage wins this season. I would suggest something like a 78/79 max sprint, but reduce his cimbing ability a bit to compensate for that maybe?
Diego Antonio Ochoa - 5th June 1993
PCS - https://www.procyc...onio-Ochoa
Rather than the usual Colombian pure climber he is more of a puncheur. Seems to have a decent amount of talent. I would think maybe a maximum hill stat around the 77 mark and with a decent acceleration too.
Bakhtiyar Kozhatayev - 28th March 1992
PCS - https://www.procyc...Kozhatayev
Another strong puncheur riding for the Astana Continental Team. 3 GC top 10s in 2/2 stage races as well as decent clasics results. He is unlikely to be a world beater but will still be a strong hilly domestique on day so about 74/75 in hills seems appropriate with good support stats.
Kamil Gradek - 17th September 1990
PCS - https://www.procyc...?id=134439
He is mostly a puncheur but he also seems to be one of the better TT riders in Poland at the moment (4th in their NC). Generally rides well in classics, so good stamina, but not so well in stage races. I would lean towards making him a TT rider who also has a decent hill stat, maybe a maximum 75 in TT?

Here's someone for Mr. Pelli.
Name: Vladislav Gorbunov
Country: Kazakhstan
Date of Birth: 07/12/1991
PCS: Link
CQ Ranking: Link
Rider ID: 1548
Needs a boost on his stats. 8th in the climb to Senhora da Graça in this year Volta a Portugal, 6th in the reach to Fafe (the finish was uphill) and 9th at the climb to Viana do Castelo (this climb was cobbled as well). Needs a boost in his MO (maybe 71/72) Hil (72), SP (maybe 69/70) and ACC (72).
Name: Chad Haga
Country: USA
Date of Birth: 26/08/1988
PCS: Link
CQ Ranking: Link
His speciality is Time Trial but his not bad in mountain and hills too. 10th in California, winner of the prologue in Elk Grove. Definetelly over 70 MO and HIL, with 75 TT and 76 PRL? Not shore how SN would do his stats, but he probably knows how to do them better than I do.
Name: Jose Chacon
Country: Venezuela
Date of Birth: 27/01/1977
PCS: Link
CQ Ranking: Link
2nd in this year Vuelta al Tachira, 4th in Vuelta Ciclista a Venezuela and 2nd on Tour de Guadeloupe where he won the ITT. He's a pure climber, like most South Americans, but he's not bad against the clock.

I have collected some riders (just saw that miguel also got Haga so 1 name less ) but I have to say I have no idea for stats plus those small races where the riders I found raced at.
Should I just post the name, DOB, nationality and post links to CQ and PCS?

Indeed Rin. And if the rider is a free agent, the rider ID in the DB.

Carlos Barbero
Date of birth: 29th April 1991 (22)
Nationality: Spain
PCS: https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/...os_Barbero
Punchy rider who can also place himself in a sprint. Biggest results: 3rd on hill finish Castilla y Leon, 8th and 9th on Burgos-stages, he also was the best young rider in Burgos,

Josef Cerny - Rider ID: 35
PCS: https://www.procyc...?id=153175
The Czech U23 TT champion. He is a bit more of a climber than the DB gives him credit for - low 60s to start with should be fine. I would also increase his potential to about 5. Other than that he seems fine.
Asbjørn Kragh Andersen - 9th April 1992
PCS: https://www.procyc...h-Andersen
Looks like he will turn into one of those classics-styles sprinters - he can get over hills decently well and can then finish it off in a sprint. He has a fair few top 15s in Danish 1.2 races on both hilly and flat courses. Aiming for high 70s in sprint and about 70 in hill when maxed out?
Victor Campenaerts - 28th October 1991
PCS: https://www.procyc...?id=135591
Current European U23 TT champion (beating riders like Sutterlin), as well as Belgium U23 TT champion. He can sprint a bit but he isn't too good at much else. That said, he is a great TT rider and that should be where he gets focussed.
Edward Theuns - 30th April 1991
PCS: https://www.procyc...?id=138471
A really interesting upcoming rider. His main strength is as a puncheur (6th at U23 Liege-Bastogne-Liege) but he can also ride prologues quite well (he won the Triptyque des Monts et Chateaux 10km opening TT). He isn't quite as good over longer distances, however.
Tiesj Benoot - 11th March 1994
PCS: https://www.procyc...esj_Benoot
A really promising rider with the Lotto-Belisol U23 team. He is a puncheur who can also climb fairly well. He won a hilly stage of the U23 Vuelta a la Comunidad de Madrid and was in the top 5 of every stage in the hilly Circuit des Ardennes International and finished 4th overall. he also had a huge number of great results last year as a junior. So I would aim to have him around the 79 mark in hills when maxed out.
Bekir Baki Akirsan - 1st November 1991
PCS: https://www.procyc...?id=135504
A TT rider from Turkey. He is the Turkish national champion, for whatever that is worth, but he was also 8th at the European U23 TT championship. He doesn't seem to be good at much else but at least he has that going for him.
