So I guess browsing around PCM.Daily is as good as anything right now. I actually have quite some things to catch up to, that might kill some time.
Oh My God Ian, that's so horrible.
I feel really bad for you. Hopefully PCM Daily can help you a bit.

Yeah tell me about it...
Sort of feels like I'm at a cross road and I have to choose life but I'm just not seeing why, you know what I mean?
All feels so pointless. Hope that feeling goes away soon because it's been putting my work, school and hobbies down..

Hope it gets better Ian soon. All the best and keep it up.
There's certainly a lot of content on PCMDaily to make you sleepy, just don't fall asleep on your keyboard.

I've been there, more times and more recently than i would like to admit. A couple of weeks ago things got properly bad in this way. and i missed almost a full week of everything.
It's not a nice place to be, and while i am certainly not over it, things really do improve once you take some action. Everything varies from person to person and not all solutions/actions are universal, but honestly things do get better.
The worst thing is to not do anything about it. You don't have to tell anyone or explain things, but take a positive step even if it seems ridiculous.
Obviously i'm just some dude on the internet and there are quite literally millions of us, but i always want to help someone given the chance. If you just need to vent, i'm happy to be vented at. If you want to write, i'm happy to be written at.
Melodramatic but truthfully, you are not alone

I too have been in this place, and the way I got through it was I had a really good friend who kept talking me through it and getting me out.

No-one wants to be 'here'. It just happens. Perhaps the details are not suitable for Predro, so i won't delve into them, but a lot of them seem fairly universal.
Not saying trust me or anyone on the site, but honestly it needs to be told out loud. For me it was writing everything down in a Word file. One of my friends opened up to a teacher. Another came to me for a chat. Just do something where the feelings are not your own anymore, even if it's talking at a teddy bear or poster (something an acquaintance has done before).
Cycleman agrees. Anyone would agree.

This is some of the best advice ever given on the internet, or anywhere for that manner. I was at a very dark place during what I'll call my "extended leave" from Daily a few months back, and it got worse because I wouldn't talk to anyone. DO NOT let that happen to you too Ian, talk to someone, just have someone listen. If you ever need anything, you know where to find me. Just always remember: one day things will get better than they seem today.
EDIT: Now I'm going to refresh all night to make sure Ian's OK...

Sometimes time is your best friend (sometimes not). Take note of how you feel today and how you feel a couple of weeks from today. Sometimes you just gotts give it time, Ian

Oh Ian, that sounds absolutely horrible but what i can say except: Be strong, man. All of us passed throught these phases in our lives. (i did even more than you can imagine for an 16 years old guy, who has pretty much everything (as most of you) in his life, but it's not like you're deciding that. It's some bigger force that decides it, and the one that puts us on temptation.) At the end of the day, that decides how strong persons we are.
On brighter side of forum and life generally, whenever i am bored and have nothing to do i search some past posts and threads on the forum and i found something pretty interesting. All of these guys with a big reputation, some of them are admins had alot of stories in past. By this, i don't want to justify myself for starting alot of stories, but i just noticed that it's some kind of normal thing, which i never believed it actually is. I always felt strange when i started new story, since i thought i was gaining some kind of bad reputation for that, but i am slightly getting out of that fear and realising it's not like that. Of course, this doesn't mean i am going to start a new story right now. Or it maybe does, who knows.

Excuse me but can I have some decorum in this thread please???
I think that all of you that expect the spam bots to be handled accordingly by MRE, I'VE GOT SOME BAD NEWS.... you see, MRE will never be able to compete with the spam bots, and in fact, it is just a matter of time before they take over this forum, and we all go back to our un-socially boring lifestyles.
Thank you!
Spoiler P.S. - Me and 547984 make a great team, just sayin...
