So this year my summer job entails working with 20 Canadians. Every stereotype i ever heard is true (your money genuinely smells of maple syrup!!!). One problem is that they are all from Ontario or Newfoundland so my Canuks jersey hasn't gone down well. On the flip side they are great fun and one of them is a good kisser
Wi-fi availability is unstable but i can get some. Primarily this will restrict me to admin duties (you might have noticed less of me in the last week or so) but it also means i can put some solid time into future projects (online play, story, possible db). Now if only i wasn't going to miss Le Tour
That's great, who's the lucky lumberjack?
Edit: I usually sport a three day beard, but after a short while it gets too much, sometimes which is not becoming for a true gentleman nor me. I had to shave today, but the battery in the electric shaver was dead and all I had were disposable razors from BIC.
My God, never in my life have I experienced such pain. Those BIC-razors arn't even fit to shave Satans pubes.

I was just flipping through an issue of Sports Illustrated for kids (yes I still get that along with the real one, and have every edition since April 2006 ), and I found an excerpt on the "What to watch this month" page. It contained a 2 paragraph (not skimpy) about the Tour de France, telling people when it's on, what channels an American fan can watch it, along with some information about cycling, such as basic vocab like "stage," how strategical and different each stage is, and what each leader's jersey means.
Nice to see when normally the only time an American outlet covers cycling is when Lance Armstrong and drugs are involved. It's not much, but if it can catch the eye of even a few kids who will tune in, it's worth it.

I can't actually believe I started using "" emoticon after being on this site for long time. I mean, that's most annoying, worst, ugliest and smiley for mentally deficient people (words of wisdom from one and only Waghlon). Fuck me, really. Do you even wink after every sentence in real life, too? Definitely.
On another side & completely different topic: Why is everyone on this site against piracy and "hates" it? What's so wrong with and in piracy? I mean, it's great in my opinion and I will always use it. It's like modern music - everyone pretend to hate it, but everyone listen/uses it couple of times, daily.

So TTSpecialist is the exact example of that smiley?
I'm against doing illegal things. it's just a weird thing I do.

WAT? What has modern music crap to do with that?
I have a long history of pirating the games, but i almost stopped since i have Steam account, no reason to steal someting that is 2.99 or 5.99. Back then, when i only had to buy physical copy for some 50euros, i pirated. Now i only use it to try before buy. I download the game and i either switch it off and uninstall after an hour or so, or i like it and buy it legally after that. Because demos are not so usual these times and so many games are bugged crap.

I compared it to modern music, because everyone pretend to hate it and not to listen it, but everyone do so (basically have to do), everday. It's same like piracy - everyone's against it, while everyone do it, at least few times a week.
And yeah, I usually just pirate big-company games and games I don't really want to play online like FIFA, NBA, PES. And indeed, it helps alot as some type of demo for most of games. I bought PCM that way, after all.

because it's basically stealing? and can you blame people for being hypocrits?
I don't download music though but I don't have anything against it. I think that they are getting overpaid anyway. the music I listen to is brought though or on youtube (they get paided for having adds and I don't use adblock because of that reason)
I do download games a lot but mostly games for the older nintendo gens (cause I can't find solid PS/Xbox emulators and I can't find the original games at a reasonable price (I'm not paying €50 or Pokemon Emerald while X is cheaper ) only downloaded one PC game ever and that was Stick of Truth (The uncensored version )

You all know my stance on film and tv piracy (well over 500gb of stuff). But i can match the amount of downloads by and equal or greater amount of purchased dvds. Same for music. When it gets to video games I've never pirated. I have many friends who work in the industry and i want to respect and help them.
Piracy is illegal for a reason and that should be respected where possible. If you wont pay for something then you kind of don't really want it at all.
Edit: Also as of today i have officially started work on a Women's DB for PCM with an estimated first release of September
But that's why you see many game transitioning to F2P, but pay-to-have-success models.
