Installing new packs to the game is essential if you want to play a beautiful game, and even more essential if you want to play a realistic game.
This guide is based on PCM.daily's "Sponsored Project", PCM Spain 2007 db.
NOTE: it is recommended to re-install PCM before installing the pack, as if you have downloaded a pack previously then that could interfere with this pack.
Before we can download the pack you will need to download WinRar as this will enable you to open both .rar and .ace files, this being a .ace file, WinRar is needed. WinRar is needed to open a lot of files available for download and i reccomend that everyone downloads it, even if they're not needing it at the moment. WinRar is available HERE!!
Once that has downloaded, we here at PCM.daily recommend that you use a download manager for downloading all add-ons available on this site. The download manager held in highest regard by our boss, CrueTrue, is a program called FlashGet, which is available for download HERE!!
Then download the latest patch, whichever one it may be by the time you download this db, from HERE!!
Now we can finally download the PCM Spain pack itself, through this LINK!!
1. When it has finished downloading the pack, find the .rar file which looks like 3 books strapped together.
2. Right-click on the icon-->Open With...-->WinRar
3. It should now open in a WinRar window, now you just need to select all of the files (click + drag) then drag them into the PCM 2007 root folder (C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2007)
When it's finished installing open up the game, go to "Options"-->"Database" and make sure "officialrelease.cdb" is selected if you want to play a career game. If you wish to use the Single db, then make sure "officialreleasesingle.cdb" is selected.
You should now be able to play with new packs, or if you've followed this guide exactly then you will be able to play with the PCM Spain 2007 ;)
O.K.......So i download the pack......save it to winrar.....right click the the file.....extract it to: C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2007................so that happens.....and the game is still the same.......Please tell me where i'm goin wrong.....
