Well you can of course continue, but any added variants wont work, and you wont be able to make use of Ryder Hesjedals improved ( ) stats. Things like wrong nationality, pics, birthdate and others wont be fixed, so personally I would recommend waiting or not getting too far into the career. I think the update will be fixing a lot of db related issues none of which you'd be able to use if you continued with V0.5.

Frames had to be remade, wheels and helmets needed to be converted. So there isn`t that much PCM11 equipment yet as it was for PCM10.
But as already posted in the equipment thread, there will be a bit more.

How much equiment will there be in v 1.0?

Every PT will have a correct road frame (the brand is correct but e.g. HTC and Astana have identical frames instead of two different designs) and most ProConti and Conti teams will have the right frames as well.
There are less TT frames, but most PT teams will have the right one though.

that's strange, all other DB's work nice, and i have them on the same place, as in the changes made from last patch.

It's not the .cbd that is in the wrong folder - if so you couldn't even choose it in the game...

all the other stuff goes to the main game folder, 3d, gui, etc.. all those are correct to, like i said, all other DB's have no trouble with graphics.
