Well, well, well - what do we have here?

Due to illness, the release of PCM.daily's 2011 DB Public Beta was postponed, but here you have it: PCM.daily's 2011 DB. It's the Public Beta version, so there may still be a few bugs here and there. That's what we expect you to find.

The 2011 Public Beta includes a lot of new stuff. Obviously, we've updated all the teams, so they have their '11 names and rosters. We've also added some new equipment, including KenL's great work, and in total, we have the 2011 shirts, accessories and logos for 51 teams.

Stage-wise, 16 races have their 2011 profiles, while the Tour de France and Giro d'Italia have some 2011 profiles, but not all. We have also added a lot of the great 1998 stages from PCMNorge's 1998 DB as variants, along with other variants.

Other than that, you also get the features of the Expansion Pack. You can find a list of features here, and although it's not complete, it does give you an idea of what to expect.

We have two versions available: An 2010 -> 2011 Updater, for which you need the Expansion Pack V2 (Full) -- and a Full Version which includes everything you need.

#3: The 2010 -> 2011 Updater contains what you need - even if you have the 2011 Preview. You can continue using existing save-games, but obviously, you will not benefit from the added features of the Public Beta.

#8: Obviously. As I said in #2, there are a lot more downloaders than seeders. It will take a while before this ratio changes. Alternatively, there are MegaUpload links in the forum.

No. It's included with the Updater, so you'll just download it again, so to say.

I don't understand what you're saying.

If you're asking for the full version of the Public Beta, it's coming later today or tomorrow, as stated in the news article.

If you're asking for an auto install, the 2010 -> 2011 Updater IS already an auto installer.

Downloading the torrent isn´t that slow. It will take less than five hours for the 3.4 GB for me with a 360 kb/s internet-connection. Can´t wait to check the DB in 2 1/2 hoursSmile

No. It will try to find your PCM-folder automatically, but if it fails, you will have to change the destination folder yourself.

thought so, but I spesificly set it to install into the pcm folder but it seems like it automaticly intalled into another folder inside the main pcm folder. So should I just copy everything inside that folder into the main pcm folder ?

Ok, because when you're choosing the pcm folder when installing, it goes to pro cycling manager - season 2010\PCM.daily's 2011 DB Public Beta (2010 Updater) folder Wink
at least it did with mine.
