Here it finally is - PCM.daily's 2009 DB V3, including 92 updated teams, lots and lots of new equipment, a whole lot of new races, etc., etc. Below, you'll find the list of features, and at the very bottom: the download link.

Teams
92 teams with updated rosters (mainly) according to UCI's lists.
90 teams have 2009 shirts, mini-shirts and accessories
All teams have new, updated objectives
All teams have updated informations (manager, website, etc.)

Riders
2009 stat update
2009 photos for c. 80 % of the teams
2009 national champions
Updated ages for all riders
C. 1600 free agents
Dopers deleted (only riders active in 2009 are in the DB)
Dead rider(s) deleted (rest in peace)

Graphics
More than 1100 2009-shirts
New background (rasm)
New race category icons (Lampert)
New calendar 'bars' icons (Lampert)
Race Flag Package (Arnelesaffer)
Rider Skins for c. 200+ riders
Standard UCI World Cup / Pro Tour sponsor kit
Includes Performance Update for better PC performance

Equipment
More than 90 frames
More than 80 wheels
More than 80 helmets
Equipment linked to the teams, so they use their real-life equipment (where possible)

Races and stages
80 new races
Cancelled races have been deleted
Renamed races have been .. well, renamed ;)
2009 profiles for 26 races
More realistic team participation at races due to new nationality groups
The 2003 Tour has replaced the 2008 Tour, and Bilbo Baggins' Realistic TdF Variant has replaced the 08 Vuelta
Several new variants for the larger races, including the 03 Giro and 03 TdF and variants for some national championships

Young Riders / Scouting Zones
59 scouting zones
Rider progression has been slowed a little
10 new U23 races have been added

Other relevant stuff
CQRanking system has replaced Superprestige
UCI World Ranking has replaced UCI Pro Tour ranking (just a new points shema)
New fatigue system (riders gaining fatigue more slowly)
Lots of new secondary sponsors
Larger budgets for secondary sponsors, making them more important
Lots of new staff
Updates to future sponsor goals

oh but if you reinstall it does that mean you need to install all pcm's official patches aswell or is that already in it?

no I think instal the game, then the patches, then the db. It should be mentioned in a readme or something like that I think.

My advice: Go to sleep, wake up tomorrow and download the file. We'll make sure to have several mirrors up by tomorrow morning.

As I said, don't wait up. If you do, alright.

The thing is that since the host decided to take the file down, I could just as well fix the cep / 09cep thing mentioned in the news update. Therefore, the file is being repacked (91 %). When it's done, I'll reupload the file to several file mirrors. That'll take c. 1 hour. So my guess is c. 1:30-2:00
