In Pro Cycling Manager 2008, you'll get to play the role of general manager for one of the 65 official cycling teams and will have to handle all aspects of a professional team's season. This will include; choosing the team, making transfers, sorting contracts, creating training schedules and managing the team’s finances. You will also be given the important task of searching for the hottest new talent. Manage all of these aspects and build the most competitive team!

Throughout the 180 real-time 3D playable races, it's up to you to determine and put into action the best tactics including, attacks, supplying, relays and protecting your leader. With so many options to consider that will affect the outcome of the race, you are guaranteed action packed intense racing. Also included, for the first time, are track events such as Cycle Speedway and Elimination to give you even more variety and action.

The management side of the game has been given extra depth with many new elements. It has an entirely new stamina system, as well as a more realistic progression curve for each rider. Plus the new ‘young talent recruit system’ will help you to get the signatures of the best young riders before anyone else.

This year, the racing is even more realistic, with the most advanced rider AI yet plus highly detailed rider models and animations. The 2008 edition also includes a new improved user interface, lighting system and more detailed, richer environments with a large variety of buildings and tracks.
