It may look familiar on the outside, but inside it's all new - new, unknown teams (but based on real companies, e.g. Team American Express) with new, unknown riders.
Basically, you have to erase your know-how on riders and teams, because with this database cycling (finally) gets a fresh start.
The riders and teams are are fictional but they are intended to look real. I have spent a lot of time making sure all the values work together and are within the bounds of possibility as we currently know it. You will not have 19 year-old superstars, sprinters with 81 speed and 64 acceleration, a Belgian team with no Belgian riders or the top 20 riders all coming from Andorra.
The fictional mod is based upon PCM.daily's Expansion Pack and thus includes/is compatible with all the features from this pack - just adding new teams and riders.
Installation:
1. Make sure to download and install PCM.daily's Expansion Pack before installing this package.
2. Open the file with 7-Zip or similar.
3. Open the Program Files folder and extract the content to your main PCM-folder.
In most cases, this is Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
For Steam users, it's Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
4. Open the Documents folder and extract the content to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2013.
5. Open the game and pick one of the five databases (named 13_UURBRGMod_X) in the Options -> Database tab.
