Another historical database by Sali, this time centering around the year of 1996 when Bjarne Riis took the Tour de France throne from Miguel Indurain with help from a young Jan Ullrich, not to forget the team's super sprinter Erik Zabel.

Installation:
1. Open the file with 7-Zip or similar.
2. Open the Program Files folder and extract the content to your main PCM-folder.
In most cases, this is Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
For Steam users, it's Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
3. Open the Documents folder and extract the content to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2013.
4. Open the game and pick the 1996.cdb database file in the Options -> Database tab.
