One question though: I get an error every time I want to start up the DatabaseEditor for this roster. It literally says: "Microsoft .NET Framework"
Any ideas? Because now, I can't change anything in the database...

PCM.daily DBs have never been compatible with the standard database editor. Use any other editor, e.g. Advanced Editor V4, PCM Fast Editor or Lachi's Editor.

even with lachis editor i cannot change because it doesnt show on editor. Am I doing something wrong
