This update from and for the French Community Database V1 fixes some errors and bugs.
Be sure you have V1 already installed before you install this update.
This update contains the V2.0 update and the 2.4 .cdb.
What this update will fix:
-Fixed some wrong nationalities and names of riders
-Update of the latest signing
-Big update of the stats (especially on SPR, ACC and HIL) thanks to a good work of some people, mainly foreigners like Jesleyh or Valor
-Add of 9 teams which allow a better distribution of teams on the races in career mode

- Brussels Cycling Classic instead of Paris - Bruxelles...
- All WT races and HC races have the correct list of participating teams in Tour and Classic Mode.
- Another feature:
All WT races of the Tour mode of the FCD has from now on the same teams at the start of the races as in reality in 2 or 3 exceptions near (UniSA at the TDU, Poland National Team at Poland Tour, Canada National Team at the canadian classics).
PCM can't have more than 200 riders at the races' start, so I pulled out Vini Fantini from the Giro (Santambrogio, Di Luca...). On the other hand, I let Champion System at the Tour of Beijing whithout being sure that they will take part of that race. Next step HC races.
Install instructions:
To get the French Community Database 2013 working you need to do:
Put the files in the "To My Documents" folder to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2013/Mod/Database
Put the files in the "To The Games Folder" to xxx (where you installed PCM13)/Pro Cycling Manager 2013
