To avoid corrupted downloads and speed up the downloads a lot, we recommend using a download manager.

Kentasaurus' XML files are tweaking the Young Rider XML files that are responsible for the scouted riders starting stats, potential and stat limits.
Install Instructions:
Extract these files to .../Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013/XML/YoungRiderCarac
You must overwrite the files there the original XML files are also included as a backup
if something goes wrong or you do not like the changes.
To use the backup files, copy the files inside of the Originals folder to the YoungRiderCarac
folder.
