Installation:
1. Open the file with 7-Zip or similar.
2. Extract SpanishBase_v1.0.cdb to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2013/Mod/Database
3. Open the Pro Cycling Manager - La Vuelta - Temporada 2013 folder.
4. Extract the content of the folder to your installation folder.
In most cases, this is Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
For Steam users, it's Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013
If in doubt, search your computer for pcm.exe. The folder where this file is placed is your main installation folder.
4. In the game, go to the Options page, find the Database tab and pick SpanishBase_v1.0.cdb.
