Maybe a stupid questions. Sorry if so but why does the UCI Protour still show Cya World Tour after installation of the patch?

I didn't touch the local.cdb, so that's probably why. Those names get decided in the local.cdb(I believe), which is in a different .cdb. But well, it's not a huge deal to me.
You can change it by editing the local.cdb(found in My docs/Pro Cycling Manager) with an advanced editor(like Lachi's)

TT - 77-78 (pot. 82)
MO - 76-77 (pot. 78-79)
DH - 75 (poy. 77-78)

Oh, come on. Because I didn't stat one guy right, all the stats are poor?
Also, Kwiat doesn't deserve more than 75 MO. DH maybe, TT no, but maybe after today, and come on, I can't predict that he would've done this good today.
And I can't control the potential amount, they are generated by the game, so sorry for that...

Where should I place the documents "Program Files","My documents" and "Backups" exactely?

Program Files:
The map itself nowhere.
The inside of the map(that is a few other maps) should be placed in your PCM gamefolder, that's where pcm.exe is.
That could be C/Program Files/CYanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season/Saison/Seizoen(one of those) 2013
Just copy the maps to that folder, f.e. Gui will overwrite(don't worry, will only merge) Gui, etc.

My documents:
Nothing with the map itself, though, the .cdb you'll find into the map should end up in your my documents folder.
To be precise:
My docs/Pro Cycling Manager 2013/Mod/Database.

Backups:
Nothing at all.
Only if you don't want the flags or .xml, then you can use the Cyanide ones. That is definitely not recommended though.



Also, there's a readme file with instructions inside the map, I think that is fairly accurate as well

Reading the comments I am obviously not the only one who didn't understand that you manually have to move the new exracted files to the right locations;-) At least that was the only way I was able to get them all into the right locations.First impression looks good, but I am a bit
disappointed that most reserve sponsors still have their fake jerseys and logos.

There's no Database yet with reserve sponsors having real shirts. In fact, I think mine is one of the only ones(1 of the Spain DBs could have it as well, not sure) which actually correct those names.
I simply didn't make a big DB, because most of that work will be lost when a new patch comes out. The big DBs will only come out when the next patch is brought out, so that's why.
Hope it doesn't bother you, it's just that there weren't a lot of real shirts out when I brought out the DB, and big DBs won't be out yet, this is just a realname DB with several add-ons, but not everything...
Hope it doesn't bother you too much, but at least the reserve sponsor names are corrected, and you can always change a shirt yourself if you want to ride with a 'real' f.e. Eurosport shirt.

And yes, you have to manually copy the maps, sorry, but I don't know shit about installers.
I think I said that carefully in the read-me file that comes with the download, why does nobody read that one?
