Another Real Name DB for PCM12 - this one contains real names of riders, teams, races and sponsors.
Installation: Extract the file, rename it to OfficialRelease.cdb and move it to Program Files/Cyanide/Database

The idea of a Realname DB is to take out the errors... still many errors in this one
