Installation:
Open the file with 7-Zip, WinRAR or similar.
Open Pro Cycling Manager 2011.
Extract 3D, CM_Stages and Gui to your main PCM-folder, e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/PCM.
Extract 2004.cdb to My Docs/PCM/Database and select it in Options -> Database in-game.
