A 2004 DB by the French site, PCMFrance. It contains 40 teams, the essential graphics and a slightly changed calendar.

- Realistic 2004-stats
- Faces of some riders
- World Cup-ranking (including the Zürich GP)
- 2004 shirts for all teams
- Sponsors end their contracts like it happened in real life
- Equipment for some teams.
Installation:
- Open the .exe-file
- Click "Suivant" a couple of times until you get to the screen where you are asked where to install the database.
- Make sure it's pointing to your main PCM-folder (by standard, it's set to the French location)
- Open the game and pick the DB in Options -> Database
