Podium fix for V0.5 -> V1 Update

To avoid corrupted downloads and speed up the downloads a lot, we recommend using a download manager.

An update to to an update. This fixes the podium bug in PCM.daily's Expansion Pack V0.5 (and the Update to V1).

The bug is only present in the V0.5 -> V1 Update, not the V1 Full Package.

Installation:
1. Open Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager/3D and delete the Podium folder
2. Download this file and extract the content to Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager/3D

Apen: The bug is only present for those who have previously downloaded the V0.5. If you have a clean version of the game and then install the full V1, you won't have to download this.

Ugh, my game also crashes anytime I try to do a 3D race.

I can't even create the folder for it i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x448/Neillster/Error.jpg is all I'm getting when I try to extract the file using jzip. Any thoughts?
