do I need this if i don't play custom team?

After this change, the sponsor says, my riders a to bad to represent them! But befor, the rider was good enought?!

So i tried it with Leopard Trek, there is the same! I think there must be something wrong!

The same problem, represented rider from my region! (Berlin) The Sponsor doesn't show one driver... befor they took a rider...

kellhkd: download the file (click on the download button), and save it on your computer (e.g. on your desktop). once downloaded, open the folder where you saved it (or go to your desktop in case you saved it there), right-click on it and then choose "Extract file" or something like this (alternatively, open the file with WinZIP or WinRAR)
extract the file (e.g. to your desktop). a new file appears, called "PCM.dat"
copy that file (right-click and "copy"

next, open a file browser (e.g. windows explorer) and open the directory where you installed PCM (likely C:\programs\pro cycling manager). once there, look for a file called "PCM.dat". if you can find it, rename it to sth like PCM.dat.bak. next, choose to "paste" a file (that is, the file you copied earlier) and you should have a PCM.dat in your PCM-directory again.

start pcm, create a new team and look whether it worked
if you cannot start pcm any more, delete the PCM.dat and change the name of PCM.dat.bak to PCM.dat again.

The fix doesnt work for me. I really did everything like it's explainend
is this a custom fix?

What's more I've crash in every stage I play, just before replay with that fix

i am still going bankruptcy =(

how do i get these patches into the game?
