A package of so-called "trims" or "liseres", the champion bands that you can see on previous national champions.
The game doesn't come with a whole lot of them (very few nations have them), but Daniano has "fixed" that with this package.
Installation: Open the file with 7-Zip, WinRAR or similar and extract the content to your main PCM-folder, e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/PCM.
