Believe it or not - another Real Name DB. This one is by the Italian community.
It contains pretty much what you'd expect: real names for riders, teams, riders, rider names in the palmares section, along with the correct jerseys and logos.
As a small "extra", it contains the correct profile for the Italian National Road Race Championship.
Installation:
Open RealNamesItaly.7z with 7-Zip, WinRAR or similar.
Open the "RealNames" folder
Open Pro Cycling Manager - Stagione 2011 and extract the content to your main PCM-folder
Extract the Local.cdb to My Docs/PCM
Extract PCM11_RealnameITA_0.31.cdb to My Docs/PCM/Your username/Database
