A major historical database by PCMNorge. Contains 77 teams from 1998, 1500 riders, 200 completely new stages and a lot more.

Installation
Please note that this is a .torrent file. You need a client to download the file completely, e.g. uTorrent.
When the file is done downloading, open it with 7-Zip, WinRAR or similar, Inside, there's an installation instruction. Open it and follow the instructions.

It's not a minefield. Everything works as it should. However, the crash is because I've forgot to include a stagefile. Just copy another stage and name the .zces and .cds file 98_c3_bourges.
