Installation: Extract the file to your main PCM-folder, e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/PCM. Open the NextGen Sponsorkits folder and launch the file named NextGen Sponsorkit Changer.exe.

no. when you install new pack, you actually replace the old one

this is my email. If someone can send the file i will appreciate. Like I said I have a problem to download it. When he download about 10 mb he the download stop. I don't know why!!
