A 2010 DB by the German website RSM-News. Contains 70 teams, 214 races, 15 new scouting zones, and plenty of new graphical stuff.

Installation: Open the .rar file. Extract all the folders to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM. Then extract RSM-News_2010.cdb to My Docs/PCM/Database and rsm-news.xml + vista.xml to My Docs/PCM/CustomColours.
Also, in the UserHome folder, there's a Local.cdb. Although the readme.txt says otherwise, I'd extract it to MyDocs/PCM
