An add-on to PCM.daily's 2009 DB with focus on East European teams and races. This replaces 12 teams from the original DB with 15 new East European / Balkan teams. You also get 28 new races (a few from the original DB has been deleted).
You also get to control Croatia and/or Czech Republic at the World Championship (replacing South Africa and Canada).
To use this, you have to install PCM.daily's 2009 DB before-hand. Also make sure to read the included ReadMe.txt file before installing this add-on.

It's an addition in the sense that it has all the features from the PCM.daily DB, but with a different setup of teams.
All along, we've wanted to keep it 'playable' - meaning that we didn't want too many teams, too many races and other stuff which slows down the game. We want people to be able to complete a season without having to invest months into it.
Therefore, some teams and races were removed to make space for others.
Now by playing this I can see it was really good idea to remove some race and teams ;-) It'd be really horrible to have sometimes about 7 races in one day...
