To avoid corrupted downloads and speed up the downloads a lot, we recommend using a download manager.
A huge DB pack for PCM09 including pretty much all professional teams in the world. You also get a bunch of new extra scouting areas and other interesting new features. Much more can be found in the Link on the right side.
Installation: Download and double click the RAR file. Open the folder called Pro Cycling Manager and move the content to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM.
Next, open the My Documents folder and move the folder to My Documents/PCM
My opinion - horrible stats, old graphics, some stages with bugs, game crashes at 1st July. At least this DB include a lot of new races and teams, so I'll rate it as Average.
