To avoid corrupted downloads and speed up the downloads a lot, we recommend using a download manager.

A huge DB pack for PCM09 including pretty much all professional teams in the world. You also get a bunch of new extra scouting areas and other interesting new features. Much more can be found in the Link on the right side.

Installation: Download and double click the RAR file. Open the folder called Pro Cycling Manager and move the content to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM.

Next, open the My Documents folder and move the folder to My Documents/PCM

Err... When I play PCM (I installed the DB) I get Lance Neilstrung which I suppose is wrong, what can I do about it?

AXAValleirenners, go to "Options" on the first screen of PCM, and click on the "Database" icon. Make sure you have the Club 2009 DB selected, sounds like you have the original. Hope this helps.

For the first question, I don't think that it's a good idea. (but you can try)

Outch, it seems that it's the same bug as in the first version of the pcmdaily's pack

Just need to know why it happens.
