Well im not sure if its just my game but when i load your database and start the game tour de france all the riders look like there riding on cobble stones they moved all funny jerky ,i tried with my old database works fine ,,,so maybe this data base hasnt been tested enough (no idea)

Yea was just my game i was trying to load tourdf startlist maybe that was the cause ,when i started a new game it worked fine
