An add-on to PCM.daily's Expansion Pack, including 4 new Portuguese teams and four returnees, Vinokourov, Sella, M. Rasmussen and Kashechkin.
Installation:
Download and install PCM.daily's Expansion Pack.
When done, extract CM_Textures and Gui from this download to your main PCM-folder, e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/PCM. Then copy Tugacidade.cdb to My Documents/PCM/Database.
Open the game, go to Options -> Database and make sure to select Tugacidade.cdb
