Installation: Open the package. Inside it, there's two folders. Open Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2008 and extract the folders to Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager. Next, open Pro Cycling Manager 2008 and extract the files to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager.
