Installation: Extract the package to your main PCM-folder (e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager/)

You forgot to mention the most important part: it's the 2008 profile, while PCM comes with the 2006 profile...
and more appalingly, the Tour de Pologne profile with the game is the 2005 one
