A new version of the Laoshan Velodrome in Beijing, made by Doddy13. It is much more realistic than the version made by Jacky_Durand.
Extract the file to X:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2008/blocs/Piste and remember to backup the old files first.
